[Woolworths] item- o1778111043/12233099 Hi Woolworths, Could you please show me, where in your customer rights policies, does it state that you can send a Muslim person, a Bacon item, that they didn't request or ask for in substitute, and refuse to give them a refund for it ? According to your customer service agent Tevor Yeni, a substitute that I didn't request, can't be refunded due to your policy that allows for you to substitute an item that wasn't requested, irrespective of allergies or religious beliefs.

My son ordered flowers for me online - they were out of stock of the flowers ordered so sent a completely different cheaper bunch! I took them back to a store to swap and had to pay in the difference although he had ordered and paid for the bunch I swapped for. Customer service couldn't assist despite the store manager having the documents - they wanted the order number but he had kept the documents so I couldn't tell them - I did share his details but they were not interested. Overall a dreadful experience for what should have been a happy gift received.

Mid month at Woolies, Walmer Park. 7 pay points with only 3 cashiers and the queue is forever! I ask the supervisor, Vuyiseka Jonas, for her name and she obliges without hesitation or asking why? Is that normal procedure? Is this how you treat your customers? Woolies, please up your game!

This is the 3rd time i order on dash and my order doesnt arrive or there are stories that its returned to the shop… this is the last time i order on dash its so inconveniencing

Here's a direct and constructive review you could use for Woolies Dash: --- **Review: Frustrating Experience with Delivery Slots** I’m really disappointed with the Woolies Dash delivery service. I tried placing an order at 8am, expecting to get a slot within a couple of hours, only to find that the earliest available was between 4pm–6pm. It’s frustrating—what’s the point of advertising a “2-hour delivery” if there are no actual slots available within a reasonable time? The whole idea is convenience, but it feels more like a regular next-day service. Please improve your slot availability or at least manage expectations better.

We order woolworths dash ice cream cones. Which cost R80. Was absolutely disappointed as every single cone was broken. Unbelievable. Won't order again.

the personal shoppers seem to take over the store that it makes it difficult to do our own personal shopping, They push in front of you, have an attitude & no manners. I won't be shopping at Woolworths Grey Owl again

Dash Order #01740645785 Very bad experience with this Woolworths online service! Such an horrible service!! Sending missing items, sending you bread with some slices missing, Not refunding your money back neither to come collect the wrong items that has been sent out. Very Unprofessional!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Woolworths SA online orders. It has been over 9 days since I placed my order, and I have received no updates or communication regarding the delay. The delivery was assigned to Fastway Couriers, who have been entirely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly from a retailer that positions itself as a premium brand. I expected far better and will strongly reconsider using this service in the future.

Boots don’t last, imagine paying R800 for boots that don’t even last a mere month. I’m so disappointed, I was gonna understand if I got them for R300. I whole R800.00 Woolworths needs to do better

The Managers at Wilkoppies Branch are so unprofessional and unhelpful. The entire stuff are excellent, professional and better at handling customer service and they're always friendly. I have lodged a complaint with Woolworths Head Office.

Staff at Castle Gate informed us that Woolworths don’t support pensioners when we asked them what day is Pensioners day. All major retailers support pensioners Woolworths, get with the times…..

Woolworths columbine branch is incapable of delivering roast chickens for Sunday lunch. I was at the branch at 10 15am yesterday ( Sunday) I was told chickens would be ready at 12 noon, I got there at 11.45am stood in the queue for more than an hour, only to be told very rudely I might add that the chickens are finished, next batch will be ready in 1 hour 30 mins. What was I supposed to do all that time??? You know there is a great demand for the chickens on a Sunday, why not make enough for a long time. Disgruntled customer

Why offer a delivery time slot on WW Dash if you can't stick to it. Every single time my order is 1 or 2 hours late, without any explanation. When it does eventually arrive the driver has such attitude. Shame on you. Consider contacting Checkers to help you get the "dash" into your deliveries.

I went to Woolworths Promenade mall, bought a Tin Whipping Cream so it was not coming out, The Food Manager Thabisa couldn’t help me, she said I broke a nozzle a 40 year old braking nozzle, 🤔. She is very undermining even her staff saw her,

This is the second time I have delivery issues with Woolies Dash from The Neighborhood Square Woolworths Foods store in Linksfield Johannesburg. I had an order returned by the driver because he said no one responded to him when he arrived with my order, even though there were two people waiting for the delivery. Today I placed an order, and received something completely different that costed double what I ordered? Called the “help” line and they say I need to wait 5 working days for my credit? Seriously, you need to take a leaf out of Checkers 60/60 book!

I am beyond disappointed. I ordered 17 items and only 4 were delivered yesterday. I called and was told 2 boxes were delivered when I only received 1box. I called the driver who came and he told me he only was given 1 box so WHERE ARE MY BABY CLOTHES? Can I get urgent assistance as I'm stuck with no baby clothes and about to give birth with no direction or explanation. On the app it shows that items were delivered when I received nothing. This is appalling and heartbreaking as clearly my items are either missing or stolen. Can this please be resolved. Reference number is 46464289. Order number is o1722549547.

Placed an order which was suppose to be delivered between 4pm -5pm, i had to call their call centre to get infirmation regarfing ny order. I was informed the driver picked up the wrong order and had to return it back to the store. No one bothered to inform me. It is 6h06 pm and still no order. Woolies dash is just pathetic!

Not sure what's worse, receiving old goods for orders placed online or the sales call from the disgustingly rude sales person that just puts the phone down when you confirm you don't need a Woolworths black credit card, already have one!
