A shop that has a racist employment policy that precludes the employment of White people. In this day and age! The products are mostly fine although I did buy a salad that was off and had to be thrown away. Why no rice milk and no organic kidney beans anymore? Went to 3 different branches and none of them had it. Basically an overpriced shop that wants to sell to White people but not employ them.

Awful service from W-dash. Waited for THREE HOURS to receive a scheduled delivery. Still has not arrived 5 hours later! It was ordered from overseas as a gift so I cannot track the order. Please Woolworths! I can order stuff online from halfway around tge world, and they're more reliable! Simply not acceptable! Perhaps Checkers 60/60 can teach you a thing or two...

Your brown seed bread is half the size it used to be .....the packaging is the same but so big the bread rattles around inside and the slices are so small that the toaster cannot pop them out and is priced at R36.00 . This is beyond disgusting service and totally wrong . Be ashamed of your pathetic product that you are basically robbing consumers with. So sick and tired of your lack of integrity!!!!!!!

I love shopping at woolworths, but woolworths at Egen Croydon Pies are never properly cooked, it always has wet Doug underneath the pie.

I placed an order more than two weeks ago and I didn’t receive any communication from them until I called to find out what is happening. The guy I spoke to said it would be resolved in 48 hours. It’s been more than 96 hours now waiting there’s no communication whatsoever

Please remove the hundreds of out of stock items you advertise. It's unacceptable to advertise items you don't have. Frustrating to say the least when every item is out of stock. Not okay!

Purchased the Berry Snowball mini tea cakes x 2pkt [R72 x 2]yesterday afternoon at the Steenberg Tokai branch. The expectation was disappointing. The cake was extremely dry and stale. Will not recommend buyers to purchase this teatime treat at R72 for 4pk.

My wife ordered some foodstuffs yesterday and while they could see the order and payment they could not deliver because there was a problem with the app. Numerous phone calls and promises nothing materialized. A total waste of time we will never order again. Checkers are on the ball Woolworths suck

Would it be unreasonable for me to ask the following question : are the people at Woolworths Mall of Africa brain-dead ? Actually, to a certain extent,it is a complement , because it implies they have a brain in the first place !!!! With my car out of service, I have to make use of Woolies Dash. Time and time again they mess up the additional instructions I leave. In my last order, I asked that the avocado pears be placed on top, since they bruise very easily. Just received my order ..... all other items stacked on top of the avos !!!!!!!!! I called their call-center the other day with a complaint and was promised a call-back from a supervisor..... I am still waiting. The fact that I am assigning 1 star is actually flattery. Unfortunately the system does not allow me to assign zero stars !!!

I am completed appalled by Woolworths. Their Play & win is a scam!!!! their link gave several faults, then when I complained about it to them, they kept passing me from person to person. Till today no one has given proper feedback with a timeline. The tile i picked did not flip instead another did. I have spoken to so many people but till today they don't respond, they don't answer calls!!!!!!!!!! Woolworths has truly surprised me with the worse customer care. Please keep in mind, I called and emailed them, spoke to so called people in management, the worst part is, is that they said they will call but never do!!!! How do companies like this getaway with treating people so unfairly and scamming them just to get peoples details!!!

I like shopping online and for some reason I hadn't with Woolworths until my sister in-law got me a voucher. I went online and purchased a handbag and checked out with no issues. It's been two weeks and each morning I get an sms that my oder will be.dwlicered and each day passes with no order being delivered. I kinda wanna scrap the whole order but I was told that it'll be an even longer process 😕 To say I'm disappointed will be an understatement

I purchased this magic eraser multi purpose micro scrubber from Woolworths to was dishes. It broke in half on the first day. The other half went flat within the same day of use resulting in me having to throw it away. This sponge was much more expensive than your normal sponges. This is therefore,very disappointing.

Today was the worst experience I’ve had with any store or delivery services in my whole life,Woolworths dash delivery called me an hour and a half after I placed my order just to tell me that the driver said that my area is very dangerous and that they won’t be delivering my order,on top of that they told me I needed to request a refund,I need to wait 3-5 working days for this refund to reflect or be processed,but they told me that they can’t deliver mind you ,they have delivered here before and there was no problem, so if my area is so unsafe why is the delivery option available???,this customer service and their communication system is soooo poor and they are very unprofessional,I need to wait to get my money back but was paid to them immediately,this is so unacceptable and horrible,I hope no one make use of their services ever again because they are unprofessional aswell ,in the call staff members are giggling and talking while I’m on the call with one of the consultants ,soooo unprofessional and horrible This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any store , Woolworths was the best store now they downgrading by the day and a lot of people seem to have problems with their customers service and communicating services

Currently on a call on hold for 15 minutes as I type this. The App does not allow one to select the substituted item of choice (it provides its own options none of which I want) and when you type it in manually, you can't find it. So, when placing the order and chatting to the so-called personal shopper, I asked to be contacted for substitutes as all items were important only to find that the shopping had ended and two important items were missing. Why am I paying R35 for delivery if I can't get all my items even after specifically asking to be contacted? When I call the customer care line, the consultant tells me that I will not be charged for the items. That's not the point! Then he further tells me that I didn't select the items as an alternative. What part of I couldn't select the alternative item did he not understand? That was the reason for my request in the first place. The consultant I spoke to was Sipho and he seemed extremely unequipped to deal with basic comprehension. I asked to speak to his superior Tshepi and I was told she was on a call and will call me back. Terrible service.

shocking customer service, items have not been delivered not even one communication from woolworths, almost month later have had almost zero comms, had to call from overseas, they need to wait to see if the good were returned to the warehouse, how is this my problem when they never delivered, almost a month ago? They also don't respond to emails, have sent about 4 now. I used to be a good customer, count me out!

What is happening with woolworths fashion/beauty online delivery service!!! The service is pathetic/ terrible/ substandard. They have not delivered an order for R5600 that was paid for 3 weeks ago. Their call centre agents are trained to tell you they will escalate and will get feedback within 24 to 48 hours. They don't even bother to call you after 48 hours. I have called them 3 times and they say the same false statement. They don't respond to emails either. I wonder if I will at least get my money back from this company. I hope there is no disaster and troubles that we don't know about slowly brewing in the background. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN. IS WOOLWORTHS ONLINE A SCAM?
