Hi Today I was at Mall Of The South woolworths as I was shopping there. Love that store As I was looking to try a top and looking for the the changing room I try to ask the laide to help me or just to tell me where to go. She ignored me flat 😔trying to as her twice to help me still ignoringe was so sad and disappointed. I was so irritated she has NO respect or any customer service. Just to fund out she is a Cosmetic Manager her name is Jessica. As it's not the first time. I was a cosmetic manager for year's in retail and I never disrespect a customer 😤 now I have 2 companies and not even I treat my staff like that. Jessica you are rude. And I don't even wanna go to that store anymore cause of poeple like you. Kind Regards Rita

Shocking, over and over. Woolies should just not offer the dash service and save their reputation. Right now you have the reputation of taking people’s money and not delivering their food and lying and saying you have. This is the second time you have done this to me. Never ever again.

I'm livid, even shaking. The humiliation, level of disrespect and incompetence from Gabisile Clearwater mall manager, is out of this world. My God, how was she hired, the chicky does not know anything about retail and customer care. Well I bought a dress and it was too big? decided to return it for a smaller size, and during that process, a cashier who was assisting volunteer to go look for my size and on her way there she spoke to her manager " Gabisile" not sure what they were saying but the smelled the dress , made comments as I could see facial expressions, few minutes later the cashier came back and told me I have worn the dress and it has been washed. Tags were still there and printing very visible, the lady behind me was shocked to hear what they said and even said they crazy, well to me it was not the case, they were f#$& crazy and disrespectful and this matter was not handled in a good manner. Firstly I bought 3 items on that day worth more that 3.5k, only returned one item that did not fit and I was told rubbish by Gabisile. Left the dress with her as she didn't want to refund me, and she was like do whatever but we not taking it back with an attitude. I'm definitely taking this one to the ombudsman.

Have you guys discontinued W.lab domestoes because it’s over a month now. I went to Woolworths in Watercrest Hillcrest, Lils Quator Pavilion, Galleria and in Seadoone mall…if you ask staff they don’t know…even on the app it’s not there….what going on🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

I bought a chicken and avo baquette yesterday which has to be the worst I have ever tasted....it was bone dry and the avo was not ripe.I had a mouthful of pepper so it wasnt mixed in....so disappointing.Will never buy a sandwich or roll from WW again after that waste of R60.Put me off Woolworths food for a long time. I see this was complained about a while back from another customer and it still is a problem.

I went to woolworths Southgate mall for an item exchange, while at the till Ppc Alinah was called to authorise and on her arrival she checked the slip and asked the teller why are u taking this item its not from our shop and it's dirty it has a make up stain. She left me standing there and I asked the teller why they don't want to return the item because it's small what am I going to do with it because I need a bigger size same item. I then moved to the the table and asked her so what do I do with the small item, she answered in her laungage and said "rekasidinki" meaning they won't change the item with an attitude. I then asked can I see where that is written in black and white. She said now you want woolworths policies "u won't get that". She is a very rude lady with no good customer service.I buy my groceries and clothes in woolworths but I have never had such an encounter. I felt like I'm in some CBD shop in Jozi. The treatment was very bad and she is so loud. She needs to be at the back of the shop, where customers won't have to interact with her or else the will be many complaints and less sales because of her and her stinky attitude.

I ordered goods online on the 7 April 2024, with a total amount of R619.87. (Order# 01358139738) - My order requested 6 donuts. - The delivery pack had 1 packet of small donuts. Bank debits: - R938. 93 cleared on 9 April 2024 - R619.87 uncleared since 7 April 2024 10 packets of small donuts @39.90/packet were added to my order hence the reason the order went up to R938.93. My questions: 1. why the R619. 87 is still not cleared so I can access the funds, when R938.93 was cleared? 2. Why 10 packets of small donuts were added when I did not request for alternatives? 3. Why is it taking so long to correct your mistake that inconveniences me? I called last week, the lady said she would investigate, I followed with a visit to the Brooklyn Mall last Saturday, met with the online manager, sent her the order but up to now nothing has happened. Conclusion: - I need my refund of what I did not order - I need an apology for the inefficiency of Woolworths online store.

I called customer care to replace my card n January still to date I haven’t received any communication about the where might be.called again I was told it was delivered at my nearest store,went there twice only to find out that the person who holds the keys of where they keep the cards has already gone home I was asked to leave my number .went again on Saturday still the key holder is not around someone will call.QUAGGA Centre store has been my worst nightmare,costumer service is bad they can’t even find it in there hearts to apologies for the inconvenience.iam so disappointed.

The worst app on the planet, I have been trying to place my order since 0900 one problem after another with the app, I am running on WiFi and their app still hangs, it is now 11.38 and I can't get into the app to see what is going on, this is the last straw, I am deleting the app from my phone!!

Woolworths deliberately misled me in an attempt to promote and increase the sales of an international skincare brand called Erborian. I never purchase Erborian from Woolworths and this promotion, which I see as a binding agreement between two parties, was only entered into because of a proffered and promised free gift, Ginseng Infusion, +|- R1400. You had to buy two participating Erborian products in order to receive the free gift, which I did. The promotional jargon on their app and acknowledged by their staff could not be clearer. The free gift was also only available while stocks last and I checked that there was stock available before entering into this “deal”. Side note, I purchase Erborian through another retailer and also online and free samples are common place as is custom with brands. Imagine my surprise when my two products arrived and in the place of the Ginseng Infusion, a microscopic 5ml sample. I immediately contacted them and as is also not a new thing with Woolworths customer care, they didn’t understand what was wrong with the free gift and wanted proof of the still visible promotion. They are deliberately playing dumb. I sent through everything and now they are ghosting me. Well, the dismissive, arrogant and appalling way they have dealt with this has resulted in me taking measures and I will open a case against them with the relevant Ombudsman. False advertising in order to increase sales is one thing, but if you still have the temerity to not rectify the situation by upholding your end of an agreement or offer a reasonable apology, then you need a reality check. They have become too big for their breeches and people have become complacent and let’s be honest, they are incredibly expensive and I demand good and fair and honest service for that kind of money.. and so should you!

I will never ever order online ever again, I bought W.beauty products on the 7th April, than received an email stating that I will receive my order on the 11th or 12th April. But when I checked on my woolworths app on the 10th the status was now Shipped and the timeslot was Wednesday 10 April. I put in correct details and address, I gave them a call today, they told me that my order was delivered on the 10th but I didn't receive any product, no email, no phone call whatsoever. I am so bumped. 0 stars entlek👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I have been going in store and calling the customer line for assistance with closing my account. I asked for the account to be closed over the phone and the agent advised that that can only be done in store mind you I am in the rurals and it takes me 2 hours to reach the nearest town that has Woolies store. I traveled that weekend and i was told accounts can be closed on weekends and I need to visit during the week. I made arrangements and managed to go back and have the account closed but to my surprise my account was owing (interest charged) I paid it the same day and I was advised to call the customer line for closure as there is no need to come inside the store (that was news to me). I called on 26th March 2024 and I was advised that it could take a couple of days for me to receive communication of closure so I should be on the look out for the correspondence. I received an e-mail only stating that my insurance plan on the account has been closed but not the account. I called the following day and another agent said the exact same thing and when I asked for a team leader to assist they promised to get back to me, which they did not. I called again on 02-04-2024, the agent asked my close to 12 security questions that answered truthfully and asked me another set and I answered them again but to my surprise i failed authentication and now she can not check whether or not my account was successfully closed. She said she will escalate the matter after I burst out with anger, demanding my account to be closed. She promised to email the department that was supposed to close the account but till today the 9th April no communication has been made to me regarding my request. The 14th is approaching and I know interest will go off the account which will mean I will be liable to pay before closing the account. Please help I am unemployed, i need minimal debt as possible.

My mom drove around to find the box of Caramel Flavored Marshmallow eggs. The box says the marshmallow is coated with chocolate and the marshmallow tastes like caramel. When I tasted it, I did not taste any caramel. I only tasted the chocolate. I would like to return my box.

We bought 3 meals ar Engen Lenchen in Centurion, we made the spinash and butternut and discover a fly in the food, see attach photos. Did contact Woolworths and on facebook but without any luck. Please explain the quality of your food

Pity one can't give 0 stars. Received sms as well as email on Thursday telling me my order was ready to collect @ Somerset Mall. When I got there on Friday the parcel was nowhere to be found. Spoke to online people twice - nothing came of promises made to call me with feedback.

I have been trying to get hold of someone at Woolworths headoffice Cape Town and I get NO response. I used to before but not now. WHY??? I bought a packet of pecan nuts to put in my trifle I make regularly. I decided to buy Woolies pecan nuts as I have bought them before. This time my whole trifle and all my ingredients were wasted as all the nuts that I broke up in the trifle spoilt it because they were all mouldy/ miff tasting and all my guests and family who aet my trifle ( very embarrassing for me told me the nuts tasted miff and old and messed the trifle. I'm so disappointed 😞 Lisa Lewis
