I bought a chocolate cake yesterday at Woolworths food Alberton Newmarket it’s sell by 18 July 2022 and best before 19 July 2022 but it was no longer fresh.

Their stores, no matter which one in the Joburg northern suburbs, are constantly running out of stock of everyday type items. Almost every time I order from Woolies Dash there will be at least on item that’s out of stock - today it was sugar where every size pack of white sugar was out of stock. Who on earth does their stock procurement? It’s incredible how bad their stock management is. I’ve never known any retailer anywhere in South Africa that is constantly running out of stock of numerous items

Woolworths online is appalling. Absolutely bad service. I ordered on 27/06/2022. They never called or did anything. Kept on being told about this and that going to couriers. I cancelled my order today and Lord knows when I will get my money back. I will never use them again.

Waiting for my delivery and once again no notification that my delivery was delayed, even though a consultant phoned me yesterday to follow up and confirmed it was out for delivery - followed up today - not out for delivery and consultant said they would follow up - NOTHING NO CALL BACK NADA...... Not the first time!!! For all I know my order has been delivered to the totally incorrect address as what happened this week (an order sent to and printed for my address yet when following up on the order number when seeing the items were not for me, it was for a Johannesburg address - I'm in Cape Town )!!!! These guys should not be offering online services as time and time again there are issues.

Good day I am irrate woolworths customer. On Friday my delivery came and only noticed when I was unpacking my shopping that two meatballs were short out of the packet . I reported it and was updated that my delivery would come on Saturday which never happened . I am emailed and didn't get any response. I called and was promised a delivery on Saturday. Two weeks ago my delivery for over R1000 consists only of two packets the balance was later delivered. I need compensation for the bad serviceand inconvenience. Please to sort out my delivery for Sunday today . Many thanks Brittany Yorke

So unhappy 🙁 online shop at food ... nobody is contacting me giving my refund for food I didn't receive... they took that amount.... for nothing. I email I phone and nothing... so be forewarned

Bought your Portuguese rolls to be heated in the oven, we kept putting them back in the oven, they were just too much dough which was awful. Eventually cut them into thin slices & tried toasting them, uugh!

Woolworths Town Square. Train your staff not to push past clients without apologising. You have social distancing rules in store but you staff does not know what it means. Also the noise they make as the always chatting to each other. It's disgusting screaming and shouting. It is both annoying and aggravating. The blank stares they give when asked questions is very annoying. Do the speak and understand English?

My family and I love Woolies desserts, especially on Sundays. We also love trying their new products. We recently bought the peppermint caramel filled Danish pastries... We have never ever tasted something so horrible! I don't see how Woolworths can even put that on their shelves. The flavors just do not go together! The pastry on its own would have been better! The peppermint is so overwhelming that it leaves a tast of kids panado syrup in your mouth. The caramel is tasteless due to the overwhelming peppermint... It's everything but a Woolies dessert!

Just made the best experience with Woolies - I wasn't able to use my MySchool card anymore because the magnetic strip was detached. At the till I asked for a new card and I received one. At home I tried to link the card to my account - because this was not possible to link online I sent an email to Woolies explaining the fact. They came back per email to me and only asked for the new card No. which I sent them back. After 30 Minutes my new card was issued ! What a great experience. Thank you !!!

If you want your money stolen, i.e.charged for goods NOT delivered, then Woolworths Online is the place for you. Absolutely shocking that a company who pretends to be all about customer can be so poor at customer service. And don't expect to get any help, especially if you are dealing with WW Canal Walk

If I could give this no stars I would! I ordered foundation and nail polish exactly today one month ago. The customer service is terrible, I asked reagrfing my delivery on the 12th and the next day they I have been advised I have been advised that my parcel has been given to some stranger with the name Nicholas. On that day I have expressed I do not know the person. I looked in my complex and nobody knew him since that day untill the 24 they kept telling me the guy has the parcel they made me feel like a liar as I ahve said several times I don't have the parcel!!! Nobody apologized regarding that they dropped my products with a stranger. The last call I had no compensation nothing were provided I guess it's bacuse I used a voucher that they gave me I'm not valued enough as a customer. The last call she just said the courier guy will trave the parcel and he will call me I didn't make the the order by the courier guy I made it by Woolworths direct I would like to repost this wherever I can because I feel like this and never imagined this from a established company as Woolworths it's pathetic. I have ordered a credit card 2 months ago still not received it, the only people that actually helped me where flamingo square staff and the manager. I have stated several times I need the foundation as I need to travel to the UK and I have acne I just the that but j still felt like a liar. I asked them to send me the Nicholas person number but they don't even have that so I can call him since they just blame me. Untill this day I have nothing. I have stated hoe unhappy I feels s customer, so now I state on social platforms how unhappy I feel over this, how unvalued I feel. No matter if it's part of a voucher or not I paid the rest of the money in even if it's a voucher or not we work hard for our money in this country everyone even your staff, do not treat people like that. I have seen several bad reviews on hele peter just close the online business if you do not have ethics and the customer service proper customer service.

My order was delivered to an incorrect address without any notification or indication from Woolworths SA. The recipient was thankfully kind enough to contact me to receive my items. Pathetic delivery service.

Terrible online service, stop the service. Placed an order on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday, store called advising there will be a delay and I will receive same on Friday, I understood. We then get our food order on Friday with only half of the items, the driver then advised that we will receive the remainder on Saturday morning, it's now the afternoon, no feedback from Woolworths on the missing items, no calls from them and when we try calling the store there is no answer. I will never order from this store again pathetic customer service. First and last.

Placed order Wednesday 13th April for delivery Thursday the 14th. Received 1 item on the 14th and nothing more. No easter eggs for my Grandson. Everytime I call I get nowhere. Disgusted in their service. They make me believe I will get it today but will probably only receive it Tuesday which is too late for Easter. Never again
