I am very disappointed to say that this is the second time we have not received a call to collect our food order, and the food is being send back without proper communication. I am truly frustrated with Woolworths and their delivery partners.This lack of communication is frustrating and inconvenient. I wait days for my money to return into my bank account due to Woolworths not doing their job properly. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

This is my 1st online purchase and it has been a nightmare. The courier “tried to deliver” twice. I was never contacted in regard to the delivery so I don’t know who they phoned. I confirmed my contact details on numerous occasions with customer services. I will never use this service again.

Appalling customer service!!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Woolies Dash. I placed an order for groceries yesterday, and not only have they not arrived, but I have also been given the runaround by customer service with no resolution in sight. I am unsure whether it is incompetence or arrogance but something is going on there! Despite the money being deducted from my account, I was informed that I would receive a refund instead of the groceries I ordered. The refund is going to take 3-5 working days, instead of asking me to pay for another delivery fee of R35. I don't want the money in my account I want the groceries!!! This is unacceptable, especially since I had to call to initiate the refund process. Had I not called, when would this have been addressed? This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope Woolies Dash can improve their service to prevent such issues in the future. They can learn a thing or two from CheckersSixty & PicknPay ASAP

I sent a query through to woolies regarding my late mom's death benefit on 05/09/24. And this is the response i received from Ashley Mayer on the 13/09/24. Dear Tamle Family Identity Number: 570206.... Thank you for your e-mail. My condolences to you and your family. We have sent the claim for an assessment. Kindly send us a follow up e-mail after ten working days to get the outcome. Should you require additional information, you are welcome to contact us via e-mail. Kind regards Ashley Meyer Insurance Clerk (Account Management Services) I'm convinced that our query and loss is not even prioritized by this company, whilst a company like TFG took at most 5 days to process our insurance claim through their underwriter guardrisk. Woolies your day will come, trust me on that one!!

I ordered slippers but received Bra's instead. I notified WOOLWORTHS immediately and they promised to fix this as it was not my problem. 2 weeks later I am here with an order that doesn't belong to me and many "we are sorry" messages from WOOLWORTHS. Their online service is very very bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It cause frustrations and emotional stress

Your 4 Citrus & Vanilla Danishes it must be the worst I have ever had . You can not chew through that tuff dough . The prise is beyond a joke . I do not understand that Woolies management would put that on the shelves for sale .

I ordered Waygu mince on the Woolworths Dash app on 15 August. When it was delivered, I put it in the freezer - because I didn' want to use it right away. I took this mince out of the freezer on 4 September to use it it was off. Horribly off. I am pregnant and have a 1 year old who was supposed to eat this - it could've made massive issues for me. I emailed the HELP from the app, and much to my dismay, I received a response from Nomvuyiseko Mbathiwe saying I don't have a valid complaint because the meat was supposed to be used by 16 August. So, when I purchase ANYTHING from Woolworths, FROZEN, I need to use it immediately?? This meat was delivered to me already off. There is NO WAY, it could've gone off in the freezer - its not how science works. I want my money refunded. And I want the rude and unhelpful client service agent addressed. This is NOT the client service expected from a shop like Woolworths.

That Woolworths app is a fraud, I placed an order then cancelled it because of the size I wanted was not available but my funds were not void or reversed, what horrible nonsense is that arggg. It’s been 4 days now!!!

We got 2 pairs of Champagne tumblers from Woolies, unfortunately the coating for the black Manna tumblers is peeling where the gold tumblers is perfectly fine. Just disappointed for its very expensive and one expects it will last.

23 August 2024 dash order cancel last money out of my account and woolworths staff lies about refunds. We have no food thank you woolworths for leaving my family with no money to buy food some where els . Wasted ours on the phone bleeding. Fals hope you gave me and time wasted to even call you. No food it's not month end . Shame on you

The negative reviews regarding Woolworths are not responded to because Woolworths doesn't care. Like all other supermarkets they profiteer and the customers there to make them rich. Woolworths steals by taking up to 5 working days to refund money they took and provided no order for. In the meantime that money earns them I interest. Thieves!

Maitre D at woolworths V&A Waterfront said there are no tables when there were 3 open. Then he walked away We stood confused until a waiter came along and told us to choose any of the 3 open tables We watched the maitre D and oticed his racist attitude to non white and looks like he was sucking up.for tips .. PS rhus was a black guy Very disappointing to have bad apples like this in your employ

Good day, On 23 August 2024, I wanted to purchase Green Olive Rustic bread from the Woolworths Food branch in Woodbridge (Dann road, Kempton Park). There was only one loaf left. To my surprise the lady at the bakery asked how many loafs I wanted and asked me if she could bake me some. I asked how long it would take and she replied only 12 minutes. I affirmed and continue shopping and when I returned after 12 minutes I was handed my 2 loafs fresh from the oven. I want to thank the lady at the bakery (unfortunately I did not take her name) for really outstanding and excellent customer service. When I arrived at home I could not wait to have some of the deliciously fresh green olive rustic bread.

On the morning of my birthday a pretty bunch of lilies was delivered to my home in Port Elizabeth. They were sent to me by my daughter in Cape Town. They were all closed but still looked beautiful in my vase. Well, they opened slowly over the next few weeks and lasted a whole month which was a wonderful surprise. I enjoyed every minute. They must have been in mint condition. Thank you so much
