I've been struggling to get my refund from Woolworths dash , they canceled my order since they couldn't deliver my package at my place . 11 days later -guess what ? I'm still waiting for my refund,they're always telling me that the finance department need to process my refund,till when? I'm not happy at all.

Please fix your online shopping app it's the worst. Kuyimanje it can't pick up my location been trying to register for the past hour now not the first time trying futhi ay suka!

I ordered braised beef stew meal, there was no fuckin meat in. The pork prego steaks were expired. The sausage also tasted off!!!!! What a fuckin waste of money!!!!

From Technical Profile issues to delays in refund,Woolworth online grocery shopping is the worst by far!I ordered my food on the 11th November Saturday afternoon between 11 and 12.Everything was going well until when checked how my order only to find that it was dropped and discontinued. When I called the center to ask why I was told that my cell number was incorrect whilst it's the same number which was used for a previous order. I was told that a refund was going to be made to me.Over 5 days from the order I still haven't received the refund. So no food or funds to buy food for a "Technical issue ".Help center people are not even helpful just script readers. Don't ever use Woolworth online app if you are in rush for food or your last grocery funds.

Now I am even more assured that Woolworths is not the store for me. First, it's over use of plastic packing has made me avoid shopping there and now their take on Israel. I definitely wont be shopping at Woolworths.

I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the delay in receiving my refund for an out of stock item. I had purchased groceries online from the store, I was informed that I would receive a refund for the same. It has been a month since I was promised the refund, and I am yet to receive it. I have been patiently waiting for the refund, but I haven’t received anything. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and prompt action from Woolworths. 😡😡😡

Used Dash app for the first time today. Got a courtesy message along the lines of, "We'll ask you for a substitute should an item be out of stock". I thought,"How cute." Order delivered on time, but no eggs, no spinach and no sign of the courtesy message promised earlier. On the other side of the country, my family received all their items from Sixty60, and for a fraction of the price I paid at Woolies :) All is well; we live and learn.

My dash order is late. There's no way of tracking progress on delivery, and the worst is there's no communication from Woolies on delays.

Hi was just in wiolworths riverside vanderbijlpark. Last week Sunday at just after 12pm there was no roast chickens available was told another 30 minutes today 11am no roast chickens available I had to call for assistance and when the lady came she seemed very uninterested in helping there was no eye contact just grunts no thank you or smile.

Not WW but the app. Very unfriendly. Anyhow my order being refunded and I placed new order. Terribly unfriendly app. Searched for soft 2ply tissues and it comes up with toilet paper only

I ordered groceries three hours ago and they still haven't arrived, despite the app claiming that the order was delivered. Called the help centre twice, and all I have to show for it is a diminished airtime balance. A couple of times before, half of my order was undelivered, and I had to wait hours (this seems to be a running theme) for the other half to arrive. Thoroughly frustrating.

Woolies dash is absolutely appalling when compared to its competitors. There are no notifications for when your order is on its way and the orders are never delivered in the time frame provided by Woolworth’s. On top of the dissatisfactory service, you are required, not encouraged to pay a tip on top of an exorbitant delivery fee. Absolutely disappointing from a market leader in so many other ways. If you want fast, reliable and consistent service stick to checkers60 60 and pick n pays bottles. Woolies dash is far from acceptable and I will never use it again.

While I was at the cashier. The floor manager questioned me the customer on why I am buying a particular product every 2nd day. The reaction from the floor manager was offensive to my choices as it was none of her business on my selection of choice . She was just supposed to do her job.

Anybody CONSTANTLY not getting communication from their DASH shopper? I’ve run out of energy trying to call the Calk Centre & have repeatedly called the F&B Manager at the store. I get no comms at all from the shopper. Tired of not receiving items that I’ve ordered but have no idea until the order arrives.

App is TERRIBLE, the server constantly crashes. Not on time, estimated time pushed up every minute. Don’t even bother. I’ll never use Woolies Dash again.

I made an order via the woolworths door dash as a delivery, the driver arrived but apparently could get a hold of me and returned items back to the store, instead of woolworths saying items NOT DELIVERED they said my items were delivered. I eventually called them and told them my items weren't delivered and they said a refund has been processed as yes the driver took items back to the store. I was told to wait 5 to 7 days for the money to appear in my account as it was refunded, guess what I'm still waiting for my refund the service I'm receiving is shocking and disgusting. I feel this door dash app isn't working for woolworths at all it should be cancelled

I placed an order just past 15:00 on woolies dash (this was my first time ordering from them), it said its going to be delivered between 16:00-17:00, nothing came. I called customer service and they said no the shop is closed now I must cancel the order. Will never use woolies dash ever again
