The Dash/Woolworths app is so unreliable, terrible delivery time windows. My order from a some weeks ago never arrived, even though payment went through. I was not even contacted once that there was an issue, and there is no trace of the order on my app, yet the money was processed on my account. In good faith tried to reorder from them this evening…true as nuts, “experiencing issues” while processing payment. What a shocker!

Woolworths MELKBOSSTRAND The MANAGER on duty Saturday morning is use...., bad service, no interest in customer care or any service, rather stand and make jokes to the cashiers, I had to call him for help. His behavior was unprofessional. The store had nothing that we went for and we had to go to Tablebay Mall. The Manager that was at Melkbosstrand is now at Tablebay Mall say no more that's why the store staff is friendly and helpful and the shelves is full of stuff that you need and you can have a good experience. I will need to travel to Tablebay Mall OR START TO BUY EVERYTHING AT MELKBOSSTRAND 's PICK A PAY. We are regular customers since Woolworths opened in Melkbosstrand. Trek julle sokkies op of julle gaan baie besigheid verloor.

I have contacted woolworths contact centre got the worst service ever worse with their ridiculous app that is constantly slow and always giving me an error so frustrating 😑. The call centre agent are so unprofessional kept me on hold and after I called the 6th time she tells me staff dealing with apps don't work weekends. My question to her was if she is the only one who knows about it after I called 6 times and being put oh hold. Pathetic

Paid for my food order twice due to a site glitch. Customer service is absolutely terrible! They say no order has gone through and I have to wait 48 hours for a refund before I can place my order again. What point is there to ordering food online if they just take my money and don't process the order? I would give them zero starts if I could due to their care free attitude to this issue. Am I now supposed to go to a store and buy my items and pay for a third time?

No refund has ever been done customer services said it should be released by my bank which is nonsense! If checkers cam have a wallet where refunds can go on the app woolworths can do as well ! Terrible app system also

I bought Bagels at your store in Malvern and they were as hard as a rock ,stale .ordered via Uber eats,I phoned the store and they said there is nothing they can do if the date on the sell by date is after today's date .Mine was written 10/08

I ordered online to have my daughters birthday clothes delivered. Paid for the express delivery and today it did not arrive no notification nothing! M24 logistics and woolworths took our money for express but fails to deliver. They can take that box back to woolworths so i can get a full refund! Thanks woolworths & partners my daughter wont be wearing her new clothes tomorrow on her birthday!

Woolworths handed my account over to mbd, when I requested mbd the amountbi was owing they gave me a price of R6623.91. When I settled this balance they introduced a new balance. The balance they gave me kept on changing, they are not making it easy for me to settle the account. They would not allow me to speak to the manager. When I request the amount they handed me over for at woolworths, they are saying they can't see my account since it was handed over. There are so many stores that hand over people but they do not delete customer information because this exploits customer against companies like mbd

They don’t communicate when there is an issue, spent R100 on airtime calling to find out what is happening with my order!? Checkers 60 far mor efficient and communication more fluid! Don’t waste your time rather order from checkers

Woolworths Dash is the worst. It's either the delivery is late, order is canceled without notification or you fight to get your money back after a canceled order. They should just cancel Dash and we will continue using sixty60 and ASAP.... If you valued your customers you should atleast give us an option of adding the credit in ones profile so that they can use it to make a purchase again or return it to the bank account within 48 hours.... Learn from sixty60 and Asap.

Purchased Pork chippolate sausages for Sunday brunch. While the flavour was good the casings were tough, difficult to chew and mostly had to go to the dog. I have not experienced this before. Batch number 74312030 . Purchased at Stellenbosch Square store

I bought shoes and only wore them for 2mins went back home to take them off because they where uncomfortable and i couldn't walk in them returned them today for an exchange they told me because i had worn them and they cant resell them

My clothing order arrived covered in diesel/ petrol. I have spent the last week trying to get my items replaces via email/ phone/ in-store. Absolute rubbish service. No-one responds and no-one has bothered to replace any item. Other online delivery sites are far superior and woolworths need to take a serious look at their online support

I am beyond livid. I booked and payed for the 10-13:00 Time slot for my delivery. Phoned customer service 3 times and spoke to the store customer service said the delivery would be dispatched from 9 times. Just for them to say they cant reach the driver, then they said they would repick my order and send it at 14:15. At 16:45 I got a call from the fresh department manager saying they would escalate my order to Monday. I had to go to a store to buy alternative Sunday lunch vegetables and meat and had to get stuff for school and work lunch packs. Might I add that this was all part of my delivery. I will not wait 10 days for a refund if thw money went out of my account in 10 seconds.

I ordered shirts for my daughter and they didn’t fit. I called customer service and asked them to send me my invoice as every store needs the invoice number to refund me. After I gave the lady all my details for verification she told me their policy says they can’t send me my invoice???? Every store I order with online, and every customer deserves an invoice for their purchases, sends me one. Online “ view my invoice “ never works. So store has to call them, I have to give in all my details again, and they send invoice to store. This is ridiculous and against the consumer law. Pathetic will never order again online

On Tues I purchased something, it was supposed to be delivered on the 26th,but on the 24 I received a msg notifying that I will receive my order on the 24 before 5pm,even now I have not, instead the tracking status changed from out of delivery to At destinational branch delivery pending, I'm so disappointed with woolworths online purchase.
