1. Worst experience! Firstly you can’t input address, you can only add pin location and it doesn’t allow you to modify address. 2. There’s no way of tracking your order, you’re blind throughout the process. 3. I placed the order at 9:40 and by 12:30 my order still hadn’t arrived. 4. They don’t call you or let you know that the order is on the way. 5. They delivered at an incorrect address. I lost all my money/groceries. 6. Dash isn’t willing to assist in resolving the problem. I will NEVER use dash ever again! Horrible experience.

I placed an order on dash and my order was cancelled. When I called to enquire, I was informed that my contact number was wrong. I was then informed that I would be refunded. My refund was not done and when i called in I was told to wait 3 working days. I so not have 3 days. And the consultant was rude.

I don't know whether Woolworths doesn't have employees at https://www.woolworths.co.za/contactus but if they do, they definitely don't respond to messages. I have sent two messages to this contact centre and both times there was no response nor feedback of any sort! First Contact: The eggs at Woolworths are always cracked. What do you do with them, Woolworths? Why do your employees handle them so roughly? Six cracked eggs in a box of 24, quarter of the box is just unacceptable! And the cracks are only visible once the eggs are boiling! Second contact: I developed styes after using the WW Beauty make up, for the first time in my life. I mentioned this to friends who immediately responded, 'we've heard this before!' The pain and cost involved in having styes treated by ophthalmologists, is unbelievable. Stick to the knitting, Woolworths and leave make-up to the professionals! #UPYOURGAMEWOOLWORTHS!

Today I went to Woolworths looking for a set towelsi couldn’t find what I was looking for but Fikile (Management) jump in to assist me ,she made some suggestion and I ended up getting something better because of her …she even offered to rap up my towels nicely …honestly her service was 100% She was very friendly and professional 🙌🏻🙌🏻… …SHE IS THE BEST ….#she deserves a promotion 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Woolworths Canal Walk we received excellent service from Beuon My husband needed a shirt in his size but unfortunately Woolworths canal walk didn't have a size but Beuon my calls to your other stores and found a size in Cavendish store we just want to thank him for excellent service politeness we appreciated his service then we met to Managers Warren& Wendy was very polite and we had a good chat while Beuon was on the phone to your other stores lovely managers.

I love Woolies food but the delivery guys are so rude. He didn't have data to check my address and decided to call me and insult me. Did not bother to deliver to my door. I had to come out of a meeting and walk to him. This is his number by the way +27 71 096 8172. My advice is don't use Dash at all. Go to Woolies straight.

The app is not user friendly! It’s a nightmare to work with . The shoppers never answer messages and the app doesn’t even give updates. Some items were supposed to be discounted but they charged the full price. Worst experience ever. I’m deleting the app!

Just had a pepper steak pie. Woolworths should call it a gravy pie as there were 2 to 3 tiny pieces of steak and full of gravy. Not something I will buy again

Their stores never have items, bought bao buns and sliders it's hocking that it's almost empty at the prices they charge.. it's way too expensive for what you get .. makes no sense shopojg there and their delivery service is beyond useless .. you order and get things hours after the timeslot selection not to mention poor packaging and quality I once received meat that was off! Certain stores always have items best best the day you are buying ! No wonder when delivered you get the same.. utterly ridiculous.. woolworths is not worth the money they charge!

This is the worst company in South Africa ,they treat their student employees with no dignity or respect , would not recommend the anyone to work for them, although a worker from Woolworths once told me it’s the people not the company , it is infact the people that make it a rather toxic and unbearable environment

I writes ll this with so much disappointment. I have communicated with Woolies financial so many times advising them of my problematic phone and that I can only communicate through whatsapp. I also mentiomed I am in a financial difficulty and can not make a payment arrangement because I do not know how much I cam afford and I have comminicates this various times. I get paid on 25th but borowed so that I cam pay them on 19/10/2024. I then get a notification i am handed over to fusion debt collectors for one month in arrears. Their chat platform is pathetic and I would like the world to know how disgusting woolies are and that they have no empathy. nicolette buys the chat agent ignored my request and was not helpful at all just like all their chat agents. They are so incompetent and inexperienced. I want a manager to call me and I want all call recordings of conversations I had with them How can you hand people over to debt collectors after they communicate that they cant confirm an amount. I am letting my legal assistant handle thos and I will make sure the whole South Africa knows how woolies operates. No wonder Hello Peter is so full of bad reviews. I am utterly disgusted. What happened to Integrity? Woolies SA not living the values they pretend to have.

No customer service or consideration of the customer. Aside from increasingly limited stock, account details never get fully updated and then the account is suspended for non use after 2 months. WTF! After 16 years, I will be closing my account as it's more of a hassle than a service. Why are we doing all the work for your business!

The dash/ delivery service is terrible. 90% of the time they never deliver the full order. They need to mark items and out of stock on stead of making false promises. This service has deteriorated massively over the past year.

I've always wondered why Door dash is not popular in my estate like Checkers 60 or even PnP ASAP. Today, I experienced the complete incomplete of Woodlands Woolworths door dash topped by lack of accountability from their customer "service" when an issue is brought to their attention. Going forward, I will laugh as I watch Woolworths market share plummet and stocks dive while cheering Checkers on.

Morning, we went to woolies middelburg this morning at 10am, 02/10/2024, to get the necessary fresh items but there were litterely nothing on the shelves, and this is not only one item?? What a disappointment and bad customer experience!! What's happening?!

I bought a goat wool sweater, and it fits perfectly, I bought the same sweater in a different color and the sleeves were 4 cm shorter, I ordered them online. I was cheated again at Woolworths, ordering clothes online are off cuts clothes. as the first purchase.

On Saturday I purchased your Garlic Bread which was dry and very little Garlic butter inside. Very disappointing after Woolworths normal standards. Tried to upload a photo as you can see only dry brad however your system is not working? Please send me an email where I can send photo Thanks

Placed 5 orders via the Woolies Dash / Woolworths app. That was almost a month and a half ago, They debited my account for the amount that all my shopping items were, they did not inform me that certain products were out of stock, hence I already paid the full price for all my items , this happened about 5 times , they owe me a refund , I emailed them ,asking when this will be refunded , just for them to tell me this will be escalated. This is just so unacceptable, and they could really improve the app. And not yet resolved.
