Cancelled a dash order on 1 July but was debited twice for the amount and no response to my emails, messages and call and no refunds to date. Placed dash order on 5 July less a few items. Paid full amount. To date no response from them and no refund for the difference.

I have been buying your pepper steak pies for years, but after today, I will go elsewhere.The pies were riddled with gristle and big pieces of dry meat. Standard has definitely gone down while the price has steadily been going up.

Woolies double toffee frozen yoghurt! Not value for money as it tastes exactly like an ice cream instead of a frozen yoghurt. It is not even smooth! If I had my till slip I was gonna return it immediately!

Hi. I had a very good experience at Woolworths Richards Bay. A cashier by the name of Amy that worked at the customer service tills on the 20 July 2024. She went out of her way to assist me with receiving my vouchers when my phone battery died off. She borrowed a charger to charge my phone so that I can use my voucher.

Woolworth cheese! What are we eating these days. A block of tasteless rubber like substance. Scary stuff. Will stick to Parmalat products, where Cheddar cheese tastes like cheddar cheese... never dissapoin ts and I feel safe.

I have been asking on every platform of yours, the post I ask on gets deleted. I would like to know WHY Woolworths adds cane SUGAR in almost ALL of your foods, even your healthier foods. Is it because sugar is addictive? I don’t understand your reasons as sugar leads to all sorts of health problems. Please could you assist me with this answer?

I bought today two crusty rolls from the bakery counter at your Kyalami Corner shop. At home I realized that one of the rolls was hard as a rock!!! I must have received the roll that was on display for the last couple of weeks.... I am a Pensioner and its needless to say that I did not return the roll to the shop to avoid petrol costs. I therefore had no other choice than throwing my purchase into the bin. My complaint is not a matter of expecting a few Rand refund from Woolworths, its a matter of unacceptable quality especially when I looked forward to enjoy Woolies salads and fresh rolls for lunch with my daughter.

Hi my name is Bulelwa Macozoma one of your loyal custormers , Yesterday 10 July 2024 i went to Woolies in Oxford Street East London desparately looking for boy's school shirts. Upon my arrival there the guy was closing the door, the other guy by the name Athi ask what i was looking for and he quickly go and check and fortunately they have my son's size 38 15 inch and i got the shirt. Thanks to Athi and other Woolies staff.

Woolies Dash just comes whenever they want or cancel your order and then ask you to wait 10 days for a refund.

I personally think that one star is too much! I have been trying to do a Woolworths Dash order for 2 weeks!!! I can do everything and then when I try to pay a red message comes up saying that there’s a technical issue and I must try again later. I have done this multiple times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have phoned Woolworths 6 times!!!!! Each time they say that it will be sorted in 24 - 48 hours - nothing has been done for 2 WEEKS. I tried again today to no avail. I don’t have transport so rely on this service. Do I have to accept the fact that I can’t order from Woolworths ever again? I have never put a complaint on the internet before but this is shocking. Even more shocking considering the fact that it’s Woolworths!! Please help

I am experiencing the worst woolworths customer service. I swear this retail store needs proper online training if this is a business opportunity they want to excel n. Haven’t received my ordered kids clothes in more than two weeks an getting frustrated with the daily calls and emails……Too much prices for ridiculous service. I have never experienced such horrific experience.

I ordered a few things on the 30th June and they were delivered just not to me, so basically I didn't get my order. I contacted woolies Dash and spoke to a Bongi, Unathi and others who promised to call back with the status of my refund, it's now the 10th July 2024 and I still haven't received my refund.

The other day I placed an order and they had problems on the app which delayed my order with 3 hours, which I didn’t complain about, greeted the delivery driver friendly with a generous tip. Today, I made a mistake by not checking out, and by the time I realised it by order was in an impossible time slot. Both the store and customer services shot me down and refused to change my time slot. Now I’m not someone who shops at Woolworths once or twice per month, I shop there daily. I fee they could have done better

I spoke to a guy name Lee from fraud department then called in again and they said they don't know who he is this company is unprofessional and lazy he told me my payslips are fake and I can do as I please he don't care so I'm taking this further because I've been working for years for my company but I think he has a attitude towards elderly people and what he done was deformation of character so ill be taking it foward I've been beating around the bush sent from place to place phoned millions of times still don't know what's going on so now I will contact the newspapers with all my proof that I've got of what he said to me like I'm a nobody that's not how you deal with customers he wouldn't give me his surname but I'm sure I'll find out who he is

Did not receive all items, paid full amount and did not receive an invoice. You can obviously not get this right. It is not the first this has happened and I will definitely not be using this service again. Take some lessons from Checkers maybe?
