I ordered one mask in May and it is now August and still haven't received it.The status is they are still working on it.How long does it take to send one mask. Horrible service. Will never order from there again!!

I will NEVER order from zazzle. I received someone else’s order then had to sit for a hour on hold waiting for customer service to answer the phone!

Horrible quality, worse customer service. Ripped me off by charging me 9.99 for some program I had no idea I had to opt out of when I was just ordering masks. Which, to add insult to thievery, were of awful quality and child-sized. $120 down the drain as they were customized with family member pictures. Their response as to the frequent buyer program charge was to offer me a credit. Wouldn't use this site if paid me. COMPLETELY UNSCRUPULOUS!

On July 7 2020 I ordered 1 mask from Zazzle. Thinking that if I have to wear a mask I would spend the money and get a cute one. The mask is made of HEAVY DUTY POLYESTHER. As if this wasn’t bad enough, also lined with the same weight fabric. This would be worn in 100 + weather. No fear of this product wearing out! Something to pass on to future generations. I received this order on Aug 10 2020. I will never use Zazzle again!

This is the second time I have written this review. The first time it did not post. I ordered masks on May 21 to be expect by Mid June. It is now mid August and the masks are still being made after a month in production. My inquiries have been met with form letters. I have tried to vvancel, and maybe the order will be. I have been robbed.

I ordered masks on May 21. The projected date to receive them was June. It is now August and the masks are still in production since early July. I have contacted them twice and get a form letter in reply. I have canceled, but it probably won’t happen. They are are inefficient or thieves.

They want me to spend three days taking pics of their crappy packaging. The first two sets weren’t good enough!!!!Product was sent terribly packaged to a state that has had rain every single day!!!!! Not even worth my time. Won’t be sending these flimsy, damp, and bent invitations to anyone!!!!!!! Never will do business again.

Ordered 2 embroidered masks on July 3, not shipped until July 27 and still haven't received a week later. I will never order from them again and do not recommend them. It should not take over a month to make and ship 2 masks!

Horrible customer service. I have tried to contact Zazzle twice through email. Still have yet to receive a response. I ordered two (expensive) face masks and they are both huge on my and the one is very poorly made. The picture I wanted printed on it isn’t centred and it is the wrong colour. That’s best idea the fact that I can wear them because they are too big. Waste of $$ and zero customer service. Don’t order from this company.

I still haven't received the business cards that I purchased 2 weeks ago when I went to see where my order was it showed that I didn't have an order what a rip off I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I called the customer service number and it claims to be not open even though they say they open at 9am. Lesson learned I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered a mask June 17,2020. It is July 22, the package is now being shipped. No I have not received it yet. It will take another week. So if you’d like to order from Zazzle think 6-8 weeks

I ordered a lampshade that was printed upside down and not glued together. I wanted to return it but was told to just throw it away and was given store credit. So I shopped around and didn't see any thing I liked, so I reluctantly ordered another lampshade. It was also upside down. I was told to throw it away and I was GUARANTEED a full refund but got a credit and was told that they "cannot" give me a refund. Yes they could. They sent me BAD products. I didn't just change my mind. They saw the pictures and told me to throw them away and still will not give me my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM #ZAZZLE

The WORST service ever! the people on the phone are awesome and it's not their fault. I have spent way too much time trying to get orders corrected. The shipping is terrible, the tracking system is horrible. the items come incorrect. would never use again.

Ordered 4 face masks on 5/19/20. 2 were bride and groom for wedding shower. Groom mask was received in June. The other 3 still have not received. Wedding Shower was end of June. Still waiting 7/15/20. I want a credit for the 3 masks I did not receive that I paid for.

Ordered and paid for 10 masks on April 18th. After 3 weeks with no message received about shipping, I contacted customer service. Run around for over a month...still not completed...I asked repeatedly for a date for shipping. Never given one. Requested a refund, which they claim was sent over 2 weeks ago. Never got the refund. Still fighting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If it's not a scam, it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I would.
