Missing items, no contact from customer service team. Was advised delivery date and when it was late I asked for tracking information to which none were provided. Spent £60 was such a let down. Never again

Sent the wrong products and also have an item missing! Requested a full return and refund since you’ve messed up and had no response! Will be contacting my bank to force a refund on Monday! The box is sat here for collection! This was supposed to be part of an anniversary gift and has caused monumental problems. A company that clearly can’t be trusted!

In "short"... 1. Delivered "substitutes" that cost half the price of what I ordered. (No refund for price difference) 2. Missed multiple items out of my order with no refund, communication etc. 3. Emailed them to sort this and they can't be bothered to get back to me or my partner as the same thing happened to him. 4. Sent me an email to leave them a review after all of this, I don't know whether this company is serious or just stupid.

The items took longer than 5 working days to ship and arrived with 4 items missing. The Pringle items were smashed to shards. I have (so far) contacted the customer support email and had ZERO replies. Would not recommend this seller. Also if in anyone at American Candy Co readsthis, please check your customer support email and reply to me!!!

I ordered my products at the beginning of June and they took three weeks to hear here. I say they got here half the order has been received and customer service does not respond. So I will t be ordering again and am currently £20 out of pocket

There is NOTHING to review other than lack of receipt of my order. My order was placed on 11/06/2024 and it has NOT been delivered so far. American Candy Co has not responded to any of my emails in chase up of my order since 20/06/2024 at 3.24pm and their telephone number is not working, so I have no other means to contact them. I am most distressed and disappointed. Royal Mail tracking information from 17/06/2024 is showing that they are still waiting to receive my parcel. I am a new customer. I am NOT a happy bunny!

One item missing and one wrong item tried calling seven times and email twice and my wife called two times and emailed once with no response and no calls answered. Was try to reach out as was no refund for missing item and try returning the incorrect item and get the correct one. Hopefully my review will get some traction But despite everything was good price and was pretty quick turn around once or if I get a repose my review would change to a four star

Not a good experience for me. I made an order and they forgot 1 of my items. I then contacted you by email and I still haven’t had a reply which is now nearly 2 weeks on.

Ordered 2 items for my girlfriends birthday, took over 1 week to arrive to then have one of the items missing, no proper customer service no sorry nothing for selling me something and no having it, got a refund for missing item but still poor service in terms of communication

I ordered a big quantity of chocolates and when they arrived I was shocked to find that they will expire within 3-4 weeks. So I’ve sent several email to the company asking to return them but heated nothing back

Shipping was a week late, ( they state it’s next day delivery before 3pm). Missing items that had been left out and didn’t let me know when it was getting picked, I had to email them myself for them to tell me items were left out.

1st time ordering I had no issues second time I have not received my order and no communication after emailing! Still not received my items and no communication to send me a refund or send items paid for!!

As per the tracking page, your parcel was delivered on 16-02-2024 at 12:44PM. You can see the attached proof of delivery showing acceptance of parcel. Ordered 5 bags of sweets, waited 14 days for delivery, only 2 supplied. Unresponsive to emails with no contact number to call. Now having to raise a section 75 claim with card issuer
