Really wish I had read reviews before ordering! Bought birthday presents from here expecting to receive the order in time. Again no response to emails that I’ve sent. Email received saying item had been dispatched but haven’t received any tracking information! Very disappointing! Have gone through bank for refund now but really hoping people read these reviews before shopping here!

Hello Zoe, Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and can see your order was sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 under tracking number GG630199670GB. Tracking page shows the parcel was delivered on 16-02-2024 at 10:09AM. During busy periods our dispatch times can go over the normal 1-2 working days we aim to send orders out in so we're apologise that your order arrived later than expected. Half delivery ordered. No customer support. Emails all ignored. Paid for next day delivery and what did eventually come arrived over a week later. Avoid these conmen

I ordered last year and recieved my order in good time But i ordered 27th december and too this day heard nothing off them for a 30 pound order, i contacted my bank and had my money refunded amd the company has never responded, even the bank said that they never got in contact with them to contest the refund Theres no contact info except an email address although the address is linked to a london sweet shop. Go to your bank if you are missing orders and get your money back, do not place an order with them

Hello Adam, Thank you for your review. I have tracked your order which was sent via Royal Mail under tracking number GG630170061GB and can see it was delivered on 04-01-2024 at 12:54PM. We feel this review is a little unfair since you ordered on 27-12-2024 which we were closed during Christmas. Our warehouse re-opened on 02-01-2024 and your order was dispatched on this day and delivered in 2 days which is the normal timeframe for standard delivery. It's a shame you had to result in opening a chargeback with your bank when this could have been resolved over email. Nonetheless, we apologise for any miscommunication on our end and hope to improve on your experience in the future . Best regards American Candy Co.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY............ I place an order for next day delivery over 10 days ago, never herd anything, they never reply to emails no contact phone number. Terrible service and company, i am contacting my back to try and claim the money back and mark them as a fraud.

Please avoid this company! Shipping is very slow and communication not great either...but worst of all one item was 5 months out of date! The other candy I ordered is in date but I'm now reluctant to use it as I don't trust where it's come from .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Items missing from order, wrong items sent, they won’t respond to your emails when trying to get a refund or ask where your missing items are. Little tip for anyone reading, call them scammers on their instagram page when you experience the same as me, which you will. They will delete your comment and you’ll soon get an email response back. Don’t pay for next day delivery either!!! But as previously stated, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Part refund back…. Eventually… after comment on their instagram and trading standards.

I purchased three bags of Ruffles Potato Chips from The American Candy Company. When I received them they were all opened. I have contacted them 5 times and have yet to have a resolution. Do not buy from them!!

Order came and was one item was missing. All I wanted was the refund for this missing item but emails go unanswered. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering but I will be bringing this to the attention of trading standards and BBC watchdog so everyone will know about this scam of sending out ‘light’ orders. Which reading the reviews seems to be their MO.

I had one item missing form my order, and one item was incorrect. All I want is to resolve this, but so far I have not heard back from them after countless e-mails. Can't find any other contact details. The items were great, just better hope your order is corrcet otherwise you'll be very disapointed, like I am :(

AVOID!! 0 stars!!! Ordered 4 packets of goldfish crackers & 1 Swedish fish which came to a total of £25. When I received my order I opened it to find the Swedish fish & only 1 packet of goldfish crackers and no invoice. I sent a message to get a reply the following day saying they will ask the warehouse if it was sent in 2 parcels & come back to me but never did so I emailed for them to eventually reply 2 days later saying they can now record it as lost in transit & said they can replace if in stock or refund. Sent a reply with no response, I have sent several more emails since and an Instagram message with no response so it seems I am now being ignored. I’m £15 down with 3 missing items, ordered previously with no issues. It seems if you want more of 1 item you won’t get it, but they are happy to keep the money & ignore you. Must be why they haven’t got a phone number. Wish I had seen these reviews sooner, awful customer service. Reporting to trading standards. AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give no stars I would! Entered my address correctly but days later when Order confirmation finally come through my address was half missing. Contacted immediately, no response. Another several days went by and finally my order had been sent - but inevitably royal mail had to send it back to American Candy Co. because it didn't have half my address on. Emailed again, again no response. Will be giving it until 28 days from my order date and than creating a charge back through my bank to get a refund for items paid for and not received. Absolute shambles of a company, wish I'd read reviews before ordering but that's on me. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Food was old and stale everything was thrown away, missing items emailed them no reply, on top of that it wasn't packaged with care and something's that arrived was not what I ordered wish I could have left 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible but stay away from them

Do not answer their emails, ordered the wrong item,tried to cancel said order by sending an email. No wonder there is no telephone number listed. What a horrible experience I have had,rubbish company to deal with. Still no response,why publish a support email that never responds?

I ordered 3 Bags of the Takis Chips... Upon arrival my parcel only contained 1 Larger bag of Takis..... Really disappointed. 1 Large bag isn't any good to me as I had ordered the chips for 3 children. Very disappointed in the service. No One had contacted me to say that this was what was coming. I was charged for the 3 bags but only received a larger one which is cheaper that the 3 smaller bags. No refund in the difference either. I sent an email also telling that what I received but no reply. All in all not good customer service. Unless another 2 bags of chips are going to be sent then I have to say I certainly wouldn't be ordering again.

I ordered 3 jars of baby dills, 2 jars of whole dills and a jar of sweet dill pickle. However I received 5 jars of whole dills and no small dills. This is unacceptable and showed complete lack of customer care and appreciation. It sounds as if you don’t care about your customers at all. You offered next day delivery and take payment for this, but it has taken 6 days to arrive. I will not be using you again and would advise others to avoid buying from you.
