“Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, I was unable to view the product before purchasing. When the shelves arrived (very promptly), they didn’t suit the decor of our house. When Ben was made aware of my concerns, he suggested that I return them and he offered a full refund. However good an internet site is, there is always the risk that the goods received do not meet expectation. I’m very grateful that Ben acted so quickly to rectify matters.”

“The product is excellent the only slightly disappointing thing is that the timber shelf comes in 2 separate pieces to achieve the width I ordered. However, I assume this is to reduce the weight for installation.”

“Ordering product good, delivery good, Product was paler in colour than expected (dark Oak ordered on 3 floating shelves) but consistent. Would use again. Could have used a template to mark holes. Fixings to wall excellent.”

“Although the quality of the product was very good I was very disappointed with the fact that your web site advertised a width size of 30 cm only to find out that the max width you supply is 22 cm to obtain a depth of 30 cm you supplied me with two pieces of 15cm I find your web site very misleading in this I kept all of the pieces but it cost me £7-50 to return the brackets and an additional £56 for the brackets to fit the 15cm width wood”

“I received fantastic customer service from Nicole who kept me in touch with new stock delivery when the table I wanted had sold out. Thank you! We received the table very quickly from order which was great as many of the other sites I had visited had long wait times and I needed a new office set-up as soon as possible. The table takes a while to put together and you need a power drill. But it is very straight forward so wasn't difficult. It looks great and very contemporary! My only slight niggle is that the wood itself shows the plane marks - so the mechanical marking rather than just the natural marks you would expect to see in wood. I had expected it to look rustic so it doesn't worry me too much, but might others. Hence the four stars. Otherwise I am very pleased with it for the price.”

“The shelves, brackets and instructions are fantastic! I absolutely love the finished shelves, they are beautiful and exactly what I wanted! The only reason I haven’t given an excellent was because I received no communication since ordering, I was expecting (I think from the “thank you for your order” email) a notification email when the furniture was on its way and to get an approx delivery date, and please don’t misunderstand I love that they came so early, but I had no idea what was waiting at the post office for me (as I’d been out!). This would have been great to have - otherwise, absolutely excellent product! Thank you”

“My furniture was delivered a bit later than it was actually promised but this is alright. They have nice furniture features in a Industrial look. Great for people who like more massive type of looking furnitures!”

“Beautiful shelving, very rustic, just what we wanted. Top class product. Look amazing now they're up. Very fast delivery, ordered Sunday arrived Thursday. Lost a star for lack shipping notice and we had to phone to find out it was being delivered that day! Also, if your walls aren't flat the lipped brackets are a tight fit on the shelf.”
