“Over the moon with my shelf, looks fantastic. Very impressed with the packaging and the appropriate screws plugs and pilot drill that were included. I never leave reviews but this British product and manufacture has something to be proud of. Well done. Rod”

“Could not be happier about the outcome of my hairpin desk! So sleek and minimal and exactly what I was wanting. The assembly was also very simple and quick which was great. Will definitely be buying more from them in future!!”

“They rock! These shelves are honestly beautiful and well priced. I ordered similar from someone else who kept forgetting to send the screws. But with Ben Simpson there were extra. Response time was great and they’ve been really helpful with an accidental order on my part. I look forward to ordering more when possible :)”

“Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, I was unable to view the product before purchasing. When the shelves arrived (very promptly), they didn’t suit the decor of our house. When Ben was made aware of my concerns, he suggested that I return them and he offered a full refund. However good an internet site is, there is always the risk that the goods received do not meet expectation. I’m very grateful that Ben acted so quickly to rectify matters.”
