Hi, Thank you for getting in touch, I am so sorry but due to Brexit, DPD have temporarily closed down their European services whilst they catch up with the influx they have experienced. Your parcel is in process with DPD and will be delivered as soon as possible. I am really sorry but all I can do is assure you that your order is in transit and DPD are doing everything they can to get your order to you as soon as they can. “The product is excellent the only slightly disappointing thing is that the timber shelf comes in 2 separate pieces to achieve the width I ordered. However, I assume this is to reduce the weight for installation.”
