“I have used Bettercare market on several occasions to purchase incontinence products for my son . I have found them to be easy to communicate with , love the suggestions when i asked them, they were quick to deliver their products, and were informative of the availability of products , and are reasonably priced. Happy to use them again 😊”

“I purchased a wrist brace based on the wrist circumference measurement as instructed, but the hole for the thumb was very large and ill fitting’. While I did get a refund eventually I was disappointed that ii am out of pocket $25 for postage to me and my return of the product. So basically I spent $25 and have nothing.”
