Outstanding service and excellent well priced product. I was concerned the item would not arrive in time because Australia post was delivering and I needed it the next day. . I was able to reach better care market without any wait or delay immediately on the phone and by email. They personally delivered the item to me the next morning without any additional charge. Top product top service.

I'll never buy them again they are very thin not much absorbent my son has wet threw two nappies yes I put two nappies on him cause they are thin even threw to his bed sheets.

The item has been delivered without a charging cable, which means it is dead, and cannot be revived until purchase compatible charging cable.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service and quick delivery of the knee brace I ordered. But sadly I have to return it due to my problem actually requiring a total new knee. Sorry for the delay. I was on holidays and had no phone cover. I received the brace very quickly. I took my brace with me and found it very useful while away.

I wanted to love it being waterproof, unfortunately it's to uncomfortable for me. So I've given it a 3 star rating. I tried wearing it to unpack some boxes and didn't really notice a huge difference. Just another one to add to the collection, I guess!

Placed an order for 2 cane tips, only received 1 in the mail. Have sent an email with no reply and have called 3 times on 3 consecutive days during business hours and get an answering machine. Have left messages with a contact number but still no reply. Will not be dealing with this company again

Good day Leith, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and it looks like our supplier has sent you 1 quad cane tip instead of 2. We have asked them to send the 2nd item immediately. We really apologise for the delay, but we weren't aware of this issue. We have checked in our phone files and we can't find any records that from your phone call. It believe you might have tried to contact our supplier. Hi, I was happy with products and happy with th price, but after I placed my order I recieved a phone call stating somehow you didn't cover cost of shipping, I stated I'm sure it said free shipping the gentleman said we don't do free shipping, I saidcwell how did my order go through he said he was unsure of that and would I please pay the shipping fee, then he said even if you just cover half the shipping, I stated I'm certain it had free shipping then hecsaid ok, I asked if I was still going to recieve my order he said yes..and it arrived a few days later ty regards Jenny Taylor

We purchased two Raised Toilet Seats Which were delivered promptly, Easy to install and are an ideal solution for our knees , as we age. The fact that we can adjust to two other height settings as required is a bonus.
