Really disappointed with the flowers brought for friend who had just lost her For the cost of these flowers I would have got better from my local supermarket

The value for money simply is not there. I paid extra for a large bouquet, and was frankly seriously disappointed by the bouquet delivered. Had I bought my own flowers on the high street, I would have paid £30-40 pounds for this bouquet, which I paid almost £90 for on Floom.

Because the promise was if you order before 2pm it would be delivered on the same day. You didn’t keep your promise because you delivered the following day. It was a gift for a friends birthday, ruined because it feels like I forgot her birthday and flowers were an afterthought Also, I had to make contact with you because I had not received notification of delivery, only to be told there was a problem. A waste of £50, I definitely won’t use you again.

Flowers were ordered 2 days before my birthday, for delivery on the day, 8th September. None arrived. The earliest they could reschedule was 13th. They did arrive, left on the doorstep. 2 days later and they are dying. Most disappointed, as are my friends who ordered them.

Unfortunately the flowers only last 6 days. Unfortunately the driver couldn't find the address so spoilt the suprise but that can happen. But I'm more unhappy how long they lasted. Her birthday is 30th Sept so I'm dubious on getting another another order?

Absolute shambles from start to finish. Ordered online. As I am in aberdeen, and they are based in London, I was assured that my order would be delivered the next day . Got an email later in the afternoon telling me that my order couldn't be delivered. Phoned them, asked to speak to a manager, got told the manager's number was confidential, asked if I could speak with someone else, then ended up on hold . Asked for a refund, to be told that it could take between 5-10 days, yet they took the money out when I paid within minutes. Got told that no florists on my area had the flowers that I had ordered ( shouldn't have been advertised then) . The companies name is bloom local, but yet couldn't get anyone local to do my order. I phoned up another company, and got an order of the same flowers . Will definitely not be using this company again

Not only I couldn’t manage to get a timescale to get delivered (the only information I had was that it would be delivered before 6pm, and they arrived at 5.30pm). Most shocking was the size of the bouquet, I paid extra to get a large and it came very small. Due to those 2 above reasons, I will not use BloomLocal anymore.

Could get a better bunch from Tesco for a quarter of the price! Don’t waste your money! Nothing like pictures, rang up to complain but no response!

This rating is a bit harsh but I specifically asked for delivery on the Saturday HOWEVER, they were delivered on the Tuesday, 4 days early! I then got an email informing me the flowers had arrived on Saturday!

Same day delivery failed. The entire weekend passed before my dying friend's bouquet arrived. She expired just 3 days later. SOmetimes delivery is a matter of life and death.

Not many actual flowers, lots of foliage and only lasted a week. Delivered late after partner left work. Won’t use again

The flowers that were delivered were alredy wilting and the roses where dying , very disappointed to be honest

Flowers were awful for the price. Died within 3 days. I paid extra for a larger bouquet but was very underwhelmed with the final product. I Paid almost £70 for the attached flowers. Absolute joke. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusted with your customer services and the fact my order wasn't delivered and to be told I'll have to wait a week or longer for a refund is appalling....quick enough taking money from an unemployed man yet not quick to give me back my money for a failed service

SO BAD! The smallest bunch of flowers EVER! Paid £49.99 plus delivery total £57.98, I wouldn't have paid £20 for the bunch they delivered. Never use this company awful
