I ordered same day delivery, paid and received confirmation emails, but the flowers never arrived. I finally received a reply from customer services (36 hours later) telling me that they cannot deliver and I will get my refund in 5-15 days!!!!...it was critical that my flowers were delivered as it was a very special occasion, yet no care for the customer, no concern and no immediate refund!! Do not use, as BloomLocal fundamentally fail on their service and they never even delivered the flowers.

I want to say how disappointed I was when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received. My husband ordered the pastel gift box and the bouquet was nothing like that. I wish we had read some of the previous reviews before we ordered them the bouquet was rubbish.

What a massive disappointment I will never use this again, I could of brought better flowers from Tesco.

My father in law ordered flowers from this company on the 25th Aug with a delivery date of the 25th Aug. My wife’s birthday is on the 26th Aug. For some unknown reason delivery was missed on the 25th Aug with a now expected order delivery date 26th Aug which was fine as the flowers would come in my wife’s birthday. Father in law phoned me informing me that Bloomlocal can’t get a delivery for the 26th Aug and will compensate with free delivery. I phoned where apparently we missed the cut off time to get delivery today, 26th even though they were meant to be delivered on the 25th. I expected more off for late delivery but they refused. This is a poor company, if you want guaranteed delivery avoid this company at all costs as some will be disappointed. Went to M&S and spent £42 and can guarantee they would have been better quality than what would have been delivered. Think you should rename to WITHERING LOCAL………..

I ordered flowers and they said it is same day delivery but they never delivered. Disappointed and will never recommend to anyone.

I was embarrassed by these flowers or lack of they basically only had 1 in and a bunch of greenary nothing like the picture They supposed to look like con I want my Money back.

Flowers didn’t come as the ones i ordered, they were a mess compared to the ones i ordered, emailed and told that they agreed they were a mess and told i was only to get a 50% refund.

Having seen the flowers after they arrived first thing that I said was is that it, spend £50 on a bouquet for something I could have done my self for under £10 with buying flowers from supermarket and have more quantity.

Expected it to be delivered after 2:00pm BUT not near 10pm, very poor service for the price. It was a Birthday present, I didn’t see it or who delivers it.

Totally disappointed, ordered next day delivery which was accepted to recieve email that couldn't be delivered so I ask for early as possible next day delivery and recieved another email it be even later as 3 days later.. Will not be using again!

Terrible experience. I ordered some flowers for our Nan last weekend to be delivered today,only to get an email late today that they do not deliver to this address. It’s late Saturday afternoon. With all florists closed. These flowers were very important! Will never use this company again or recommend them

We searched for a SAME day delivery as our need was urgent. We got a mid-day email to say that you couldn’t find a florist and that you’d be delivering the next day. We received nothing by way of compensation or apology. Very poor.

On the website I was given to understand it was universal, obviously not!! My order was accepted and payment taken, my order No #22N72629 was for my daughters anniversary to an Australian address, my daughter has not received any such gift, needless to say no recommendation will be given and I would like a refund of my money being £47-98, the gift was Pastel Gift Box £39-99 plus delivery of £7-99

I ordered flowers from this platform for my sister birthday July 2022 with a promise for same day delivery, they did not deliver on the day, after calling them someone returned my call to say they had been delivered..NOT TRUE. They also charged me how rude, bad experience indeed. I will not use them again.

Very disappointed and embarrassed after ordering a large bouquet for delivery to close family for a bereavement, the flowers delivered were completely different to the Large bouquet I ordered. The lovely bouquet on the website had an assortment of flowers Inc roses lilies and other smaller flowers, you could imagine my embarrassment when I received a thank you photo of just lilies and a bunch of oversized green leaves!

Sadly didn't read all the reviews. I wanted to send Same Day in London. Nothing arrived, and then I got an email two days later to say the order had been delivered. It hadn't. Followed up with their customer services, and they were pretty prompt. They claimed it was a misunderstanding between their staff and the florist. The 10 days refund is 'bank policy'. I guess I should have expected it. I ordered late, so got karma back.

Do not order from this florist if you want your order to be delivered the same day. Contrary to what their website says, they do not deliver on the same day and after taking your payment, will only refund you after 10 working days. Very poor customer service.
