I am very dissatisfied with the flowers that were delivered. They were for a 60th birthday so I wanted something special. They don’t resemble the flowers I ordered and certainly don’t look like £46 worth of flowers. I appreciate that It may be that the flowers aren’t identical to the picture but the ones delivered aren’t even nice and it looks like they have been bulked up with green rather than white as the flowers I ordered are described.

While I investigate with the florist and ask them for delivery details, please note that our local florists deliver from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday. Our partner courier can deliver between 8.00 am-7.00 pm. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to offer time requests with our deliveries as delivery times depend on the volume of orders our partner florists may have. Ordered same day delivery to be advised local suppliers were fully booked and offered next day delivery instead. Once accepted, I was then emailed to be advised they had made a typo and they could not deliver due to suppliers being closed on a Sunday (fair enough). Confirmed delivery for the Monday. Monday (today) at 3pm I receive an email to be advised they once again can't deliver the flowers as some are closed and others are too far to deliver from the recipients address. I'm then told the refund will take 5-10 working days. These flowers were to be sent to a family member following a cancer diagnosis and surgery this week. Unfortunately, I cannot afford another £60 bouquet from elsewhere until their refund goes in and the recipient will then be in hospital. First time I have used and will be the last.

Ordered flowers to be delivered. Email received to state delivery date but no contact details on the email from Bloomlocal. I searched website and emailed them. No reply. Then had to call 5 times before call was answered- lots of background noise and music during the call from their end so difficult to hear . Flowers were never delivered. Company were apologetic. Offered refund and 50 off next order. Will await refund.

Ordered letterbox flowers for my daughter's birthday. Received an email the day before delivery was due to say that her area (in that remote location, Hyde Park, Leeds!) wasn't covered and order had been cancelled. Very apologetic and have promised a full refund but that doesn't compensate for the disappointment. They say there are warnings on the website about this but I can't find them. Would not recommend.

Ordered flowers 17/06/22 , paid for same day delivery along with £55 bouquet. Colleague returned to work today 27/06/22 following a bereavement. I asked if he'd received the flowers from ourselves he said no. Looked through his ring door bell following an email stating delivery had been received. Nothing, over a week later no flowers. Appalling, tired calling line disconnects even though i was caller 1 in the que. Emails do not get answered, not impressed with service at all. Also embarrassed for my colleague. Fortunately i screen printed my order page as no email was sent as confirmation either!

It's a scam. Took my money, no confirmation email. No flowers delivered, and no response to any chase email. No idea how to get my money back Dont use!!

On 18th June, I purchased £50 of flowers, this was not acknowledged. thinking I made a mistake, not once but a further two times, without acknowledgment, I left it at that!...... then you "billed" me for £150 for flowers delivered! Very disappointed with the service on this occasion!

Originally ordered flowers on Saturday, as showed available online I requested same day delivery!. Received an email to apologise they couldn't deliver that day but would make sure they were delivered on Monday! Still no flowers and no reply to my email I sent yesterday! Very disappointed 😞

We chose bloomlocal as they offered a same day delivery service and so felt it was worth paying a premium to get some flowers that day to a friend who had suffered a bereavement. We were then left an answer phone message saying that they couldn’t deliver that day, but when we tried to call back there was never an answer. We called back the next 2 days and still couldn’t get through. The flowers still hadn’t been delivered. Eventually we emailed and did get a quick response and the flowers were delivered 2 days late. We were told we would get the delivery fee refunded but this hasn’t happened.

A large bouquet of flowers costing £65 you would expect to be well large? The flowers did not even fill the display box and rolled from side to side. Filled with lillies and not much else. I won't be using you again
