I ordered the sunshine bouquet for my sisters birthday . I have seen them today . You sent a bouquet containing white lily’s and another white flower. More suitable for a funeral . I will not use your service ever again .Very Very disappointing Regards Pamela Roads

Rubbish service. Flowers obviously delivered to wrong address. No notification that they were even out for delivery , I had to contact them direct. Refund agreed.

Said they could do same day delivery, couldn’t. I booked early in morning and still didn’t manage same day delivery. This was the only reason I used them, and they let me down.

I ordered as directed before 2pm for the same day delivery, I received a phone call saying this is not possible and I have to wait till the next day! These flowers needed to be delivered yesterday, it’s now 24 hrs later and still they have not been delivered! These flowers are for my friend who’s mother has just died! It’s my first time to use them and certainly my last. Of course no one has got back to me after sending emails.

Ordered same day delivery for my friends Birthday. Email to confirm the order. No flowers arrived. As someone else has said in a review recently, not much point in the order now.

Order was supposed to be next day delivery for a friend’s birthday. On the scheduled day of delivery I got a message from the courier that the delivery wouldn’t be made that day with no explanation. Now, there is no point to the gift as it won’t arrive on time.

Avoid this company at all costs, Ordered for delivery before 2pm, Informed that the delivery would be the next day, Fine! However 36 hours later still no flowers, Rang the company , was told oh yes unfortunately we are unable to fulfil that order, Asked for a refund take at least 5 days, Disgusting customer service, Would not use again!! Very Disappointing,

Ordered flowers for my niece's birthday but there was no delivery on her birthday and no email to say that they couldn't or weren't to be delivered, I emailed BloomLocal and they could do them for the next day (not ideal but better than nothing) I was also to be refunded delivery which I agreed but now I have just received another mail to say that no florist available. My niece lives in the Highlands and I have just seen another review saying that they don't deliver there! Why is this not stated when ordering? Terrible service with poor communication.

Very disappointed in this service. Flowers delivered were nothing like the photo advertised as actual item, about 1/3 of the size. Have complained, still waiting for a reply, but in the meantime you have asked for my opinion, my opinion is do not use this service, I will not be using again for sure,

Flowers were delivered to wrong address with no delivery name so neighbour didn’t know who they were for.

I paid to have flowers sent to a family member and haven't received a notification of their arrival. How do I know you haven't just taken my extortionate amount of money and not delivered?

We just wanted to let you know that order notifications usually depend on the local florist — some use couriers but others don’t because they hand-deliver the flowers themselves. We are so sorry if this was not made clear in our communications with you. In any case, we also looked into your order. We can see that the address provided was incorrect. The florist, however, was able to deliver your flowers without issues after speaking with the recipient's neighbor and finding the correct address. Flowers arrived in very poor condition. Roses already dead after two days. Brought for my wife’s 50th birthday and she is so disappointed. These were not cheap and for the money paid I expected a lot more!!

Do not trust this company, they state they can deliver same day (Friday) so I process an order. I get called later in the day to say they can’t now and will deliver Monday! No good to me so I ask for a refund which I’m told takes 10 days!! Absolute scammers, do not trust. Flowers cost £50, now have to spend another &50 until reimbursed! Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

The flowers that were ordered did not arrive for my sisters birthday, after several emails, received apologies and new flowers were sent to my sister almost a week late. Better late than never, she did like the bouquet when it arrived.

Ordered flowers 21 June to be delivered for a 70th Birthday on July 4th. The flowers still have not been delivered and I have received no response whatsoever from bloomlocal after several emails!!

I placed an order a week ago for delivery today (6 July) for my step-daughter’s graduation. The flowers (£50 worth) never arrived!! Not even a phone call to say there was a problem. Bitterly disappointed. A once in a lifetime occasion ruined.

Flowers were awful. Not worth the £57 I paid at all. Could have got better at Asda for a tenner.
