Dear BloomLocal I was disappointed that some of the flowers (particularly the roses) were already going over when they arrived. (your delivery was very prompt- thank you). However I did send an email to you on the day of delivery expressing my less than happy opinion of the quality of the bouquet. I was extremely unhappy that this was totally ignored and I have heard nothing from you until you ask me for feedback. I am extremely unlikely to ever use your servivces again.

You delivered flowers to my friend that had to be thrown straight into the bin. I contacted you when my fiends daughter sent me the photo of what was delivered to her mother. The flowers were in a discussing condition, I notified you immediately I received the photo, and you said you would send me a refund which you have not done to date. I expect you to refund me immediately I trusted you to do so but you have failed

Absolutely shocked and disheartened with quality and quantity of flowers supplied for the cost of £42 excluding delivery , received nothing more or better that what I could have purchased from a local Petrol station or supermarket for approx £8 to £10. Won’t purchase flowers through this process again, absolutely not value for money.

Very disappointed. In a bouquet of 12 flowers, 3 were damaged in transit . I will not be using BloomLocal for Mother's Day gifts in the future.

Im very disappointed with Bloom Local. I went for this company because they offer a same day delivery. Unfortunately they wrote me a email saying that they can’t deliver the flowers today. So I spend 10-15£ more for a very poor service. The flower arrived one day later and not in time. I wouldn’t go with local bloom next time.

My sister from NZ organised flowers to be sent at considerable cost £40 this is what they look like after 2 days? I don't have the heart to tell her!! Appalled at the state of them!

appalling company! claimed that my florist had accepted an order and failed to deliver, passed my details to their customer and blamed me for not delivering. They had taken the customer's money and failed to deliver. I have no relationship nor account with Bloom Local at all!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a delivery for today and was rung at 10am saying they couldn’t deliver so did I want a refund. I specifically wanted the delivery today and am now too late. Extremely poor service. I now have to reorder for a late delivery. I will not use them again.
