I ordered and paid for 'same day delivery' and the flowers were delivered on the next day. This is bogus marketing!

I ordered flowers at 09.40am and paid £8 for same day delivery. It clearly states on their web page that if you order before 11am flowers will be delivered that day, however, the flowers weren’t delivered until the next day. Really disappointing.

We weren't informed that the delivery wasn't done on the same day otherwise we would have acted promptly. The flowers are ok but as the sender you’re never sure they are going to arrive until after they do. After payment all they tell you is that the order is being processed. No confirmation of order being successful or accepted, no ‘your flowers are on their way’, even the delivery confirmation was about a week after the actual delivery. When you have to ask the recipient if they’ve received anything it kinda loses the impact. Interflora much better.

Nothing to be said. No apology for the poor flowers at an expensive price for what was received. It takes over a week to get a reply as quoted without any remorse. Disgusting.

Ordered the flowers mid week before valentines day, flowers to be delivered to my partner. My partner recieves a text that evening to confirm delivery to her on valentines day, not much of a surprise. You need to sort out your delivery proceedure

Flowers turned up on deaths door, emailed picture to bloom but after 3 days no response, judging by there trust pilot reviews there customer service is not great.

Flowers delivered at 10pm on Valentines to the concierge without telling me or my girlfriend. So she didn’t have her flowers on Valentines, terrible service.

I do apologise if the concierge did not make the recipient aware they had a delivery that day. We did also leave clear notes for the delivery driver, as you requested when you placed your order. The flowers looked beautiful on delivery on the Saturday, roses open, Irises closed. By the Monday, the roses had dropped and the irises never opened, they were dry and papery. My mother was disappointed but never told me as she didn’t want to upset me. Very expensive for a very poor product

Very bad service, the flower were not delivered on Valentine’s Day, next day delivery at 6h30 pm without checking if the person was there. She never received it.

often purchase flowers, normally from Interflora (to whom i will revert). A large selection on the order equates to 5 red roses and 4 red carnations with a very considerable amount of greenage, so which i paid £65. The local supermarket had bigger bunches for 25% of the cost.

considering the cost, extremely disappointed with the flowers that arrived. I can go to tesco and have more blooms for less than half the cost.

Awful. The picture on the website had 12 flowers, this had 6. The 6 lillies were all closed. It was over two weeks before the 2 that actually opened, did, and by this time they were all dying.
