Terrible service, ordered flowers for my partner to arrive Valentine’s Day and they never came, company never refunded or came back to me, total robbery, gonna post this all over social media too. . Be careful buying from this company !!!

SCAM doesn’t send you the flowers and doesn’t refund you. Bought them for my mums birthday and they emailed me on the day they were meant to have been delivered saying “we’ve ran out of flowers and the drivers ill” sounds made up to me.

Dear Anonymous We truly understand your disappointment and are very sorry we could not deliver your flower order today. However to say we are scam, that is quite a serious insult and simply not true. Fortunately we have mostly very happy customers. I have looked up your order and can see that this was ordered for delivery today (15/02) and we let you know early morning that due to very rare circumstances we are unable to deliver. All refunds are being processed immediately however it takes 5-10 days for the banks to process. Your BloomLocal Team

The flowers delivered barely looked like the photo on the site. I had paid extra for the large version and instead it looked like I was given the small version. For the price, this was extremely disappointing

Wasn’t happy with the service. Requested a delivery for the 11th of Feb and arrived on the 12th with no explanation. Couldn’t track my delivery which was extremely annoying as I had other things to get on with. Called up customer service and was told to wait until 8/9pm which I thought was abit late in the evening and if not call back the following day. So I called up the following day on several occasions to get no answer whatsoever. Then once the flowers turned up it looked like they came out from someone’s front garden. Flowers were half dead. Overall.. one very unsatisfied customer!

Dear Sophie Thank you very much for leaving us a review! We can assure you that it is not our usual service to not deliver on the chosen delivery day. Normally we'd deliver up until 6pm, however, during peak season like Valentine's, we are working so hard to get all deliveries out, that it might be up to 8pm. I ordered red roses for valentines and the website said no cardboard used and delivered in vans . I recvd a cardboard box with wilted red roses in it ! The gift card says bloom local on the front and there is a pasted piece of paper stuck badly in the card with the gift message typed on it . This is misselling at its worst and I am very annoyed and angry

The worst experience I've ever had! will NEVER order from you again! Disgusting! I ordered some flowers and chocolates for my friend, costing a total of almost £80 for the flowers to turn up looking like they were half dead off cuts thrown into a bunch, no flower food, nothing to keep them healthy, and they were dead essentially the day they arrived! I have attached images to show the half dead, browning, wilting flowers that were apparently "Fresh". Not to mention the chocolates were never delivered/stolen. I emailed them multiple times about the awful state of the flowers and the missing chocolates over the past 2 weeks and noone has bothered to reply to me to even apologise! I will never recommend this awful company, and i will do my best to make sure anyone i know never buys from them. They don't care AT ALL about their customers, and just take money and give Terrible products. I would recommend funky pigeon, Or even amazon sellers of flowers, as i have had positive experiences with them in the past, but this company is the worst floral supplier i have ever come across and i beg you as the customer to take my advice and just shop elsewhere, you'll save money, and get much MUCH better service!

Possibly the worst retailer ever. Paid £53 no flowers delivered for a special occasion. Then told a refund would take 10 working days for no service. No offer of compensation or an apology. Do not use them ever shocking

I ordered same-day delivery for grieving friend. I was later called and told same day was not possible so agreed to accept next-day delivery. Six days later, flowers are still not delivered and no response to email. £55 lost!

I paid for the large bouquet of flowers which with delivery cost £63 when they came I said to the person delivering are these a large, they told me that they were a large. But I think they were a standard bouquet and if they were a large they were a pathetic bouquet of flowers. This was a last minute purchase so couldn’t buy from my usual florists I use. Where I can get twice the bouquet for less of a price. Hubbarts florists Holbrook lane highly recommend 👌

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday after several emails and being told they had been delivered when I knew they hadn’t I finally got the flowers delivered to my friend 5 days late! Absolutely gutted and no compensation or even any gesture to this nature!

Flowers were beautiful, customer service very disappointed. Flowers should have arrived on Friday, I was sent an email they would arrive on the Saturday, they arrived on the Monday after numerous emails.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a girl on her last day of her job. Paying £7 delivery I expected them to arrive on time, the flowers didn’t arrive until 4 days later. The girl had already left her job. When I phoned bloom local on the day they were meant to arrive they assured me they would arrive on time(which obviously didn’t). Very poor, wouldn’t recommend this company.
