I ordered a bunch of flowers for Mother's day and paid nearly £90. The flowers were not delivered so my gift for such an important day in the life of a Mother was ruined. Do not use these people! I am trying to get my money back, but if it is a scam I will not be in luck. Stephen Komlosy

The flowers were nothing like the picture, they were a good luck wish to my friends mother for her cancer operation and I was completely embarrassed when I was sent the picture of they're arrival yellow roses with blue iris, no iris but what looked like lavender . The roses were in full bloom ready to die .. Very upsetting

Ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for my wife's birthday. They were delivered on time, generally OK, but the September flowers looked quote old and tired already. Within 24 hours they had started to look worse for wear, even though we had topped up the water bulb, and within 48 hours lots of them had wilted and the Chrysanthemums looked very old. I emailed my concerns hoping for a reply but 24 hours later I have not heard back. Disappointing.

I ordered these flower for my Mother In Laws 90th Birthday and unfortunately when they arrived they looked nothing like the picture on the web site. Some of the flower looked liked they were old and had brown leave on them.

There was no customer service. My inquiries went unanswered when I emailed. Delivery was late and there was never a confirmation of delivery. I will not use this service again.

I ordered flowers and chocolates but only the flowers were delivered. I asked for a callback to discuss this but it never came. I have written two emails and filled in two questionnaires but still no personal contact from either BloomLocal or DPD !!! No a good service at all. Less than one star!

After several calls today to make sure my wife will receive the order, there was no LUCK! She left work with no surprise!!! I couldn't express how frustrated and angry I am. Today was a very special day of which YOU HAVE DESTROYED!!! At around 6.30am I placed the order and chose the option to be delivered today. There was no indication that will be delivered at night. STILL NOT DELIVERED and it will not be because she has left work at 6pm. When I searched for Wood Green area florist, your website came up first. That's why I chose you! And now I have my biggest and deepest REGRETS for my choice! Your company should not operate at all! I was on the phone to you from 12noon to chase the delivery, at the end you could not get hold of the florists to ask for details?!?!?!?! You have ruined everything and I will make sure everyone knows about you! I REQUEST FULL REFUND ASAP! EVERY SINGLE PENNY! And please STOP saying sorry, it is not accepted! Ruined my surprise, ruined my day! This is what the customers get for £60 order?!?!??!

They did not deliver my flowers to my aunt on her 70th birthday due to an internal error. I did get a nice email apologises, offering a refund and a complementary bouquet. But the moment has goen for ever and in a business like flower delivery, timing is everthing.

Awful - The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and nobody has returned my emails to rectify this. The flowers have still not been received. I expect a refund.

Pros: essay to order and arrived in time. Price not exorbitant. Cons The flowers weren’t the freshest and after a day they are looking pretty rough. Having said the price wasn’t exorbitant I’d have expected a better state in arrival

I was lied too and told my order was delivered and my order was not delivered, very disappointing! I asked for a refund and I was given back £34.99..I would like the rest of my money back please , thank you

I asked for an actual picture of the bouquet to be sent to me - but it wasn't - not a big ask you’d think - I won’t be using this service again or recommending it. Please don’t text me back with hollow apologies and excuses

I placed an order on 25th February. My order never arrived, i never received an email or a phone call explaining why my order didn't arrive. 6 Days later i have still had no contact from them, they still have my money and there telephone number doesn't call through!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
