Terrible experience I ordered a blazing beauty with vase for a surprise, the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered and contained lily's which are toxic to animals hence why I ordered a selection without them! No vase was delivered either. The flowers were in cheap plastic with cheap ribbon bows not one flower was the same as what I thought I was getting I did not ask for any of that. I contacted company by email and got so fed up of getting no reply I called them they appogised and said the right flowers would be sent today. I told my freind to wait in which she did all day and nothing so i had to chase it up to be told they can't be delivered until Monday. Asked for a full refund as not only was the order wrong then messed about all day today and the fact they could of killed my friends cats and dogs my friend does not want to wait in for another day for a delivery this was meant to be a surprise and it's awful it ruined everything please do not use this company, they offers me half a refund and I said no I want a full one I'm still waiting to hear from them so I will be taking further action to recover my money.

Hi there, I ordered two sets of flowers for my mum & wife, only one arrived for my mum. Unfortunately flowers for my wife on our anniversary haven’t. Therefore the surprise element has passed. No one has contacted me and I have no idea if or when the are coming. I wouldn’t use Bloom again

Had some flowers bought for me a week before Christmas, today is the the 7th of January and nothing got delivered. Speaking to anyone has proved unfruitful as the phone constantly rings with no one picking up. I’m resorting to travel across London and physically locate the premises. My experience has not been Pleasant!

Order 21I45713 I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my wife before Xmas day. I received an email telling me that they had been delivered but they had not. I have still to get a reply from my email. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed. I have asked for a refund.

Interflora had this nailed down in the 80s, so why is it so hard to deliver on time in the internet age? I ordered some flowers for my Mother’s birthday the day BEFORE the promised “same day delivery” and they STILL have not arrived 10 days later, despite me getting an email saying that they had been delivered. 😕 I am not interested in excuses about Brexit delivery problems, fuel shortages, the Christmas rush etc, if you can’t deliver on your promises, then don’t make them. 😉 I have just been ripped off to the tune of £50, so save your money and book elsewhere.

As I have no further information about your order I cannot tell you why your flowers were delivered late. Nevertheless do we only send freshly made bouquets which are made by people. (Unfortunately) People do make mistakes and I believe that this was the cause for the late delivery. Absolutely useless, order placed Monday 13 December 2021 and delivery promised as requested on 24 December 2021 for my Mum's 93rd birthday. Message received on Tuesday 21 December 2021 that they are unable to deliver and would be refunding my money. I will not use this company again and would urge anyone else to try Interflora, a reputable company with much better customer service.

Dear Anonymous, We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience shopping with us. Our florist network covers the whole of the UK and delivers thousands of bouquets daily, often for same-day delivery. On very rare occasions, however, none of our florists is able to deliver in a certain area or a certain delivery day. I was absolutely ashamed of the bunch of flowers that were delivered. I was totally mortified. They were the smallest bunch of low quality blooms I have ever seen. I was in tears when I saw them for myself.

Despite their promise of same day delivery it was a day late so missed our anniversary. By way of “apology” they refunded their same day delivery extra charge - at least that made me laugh. Flowers only lasted three days.
