The worst company and customer service. They do. Ot refund for several weeks and do not respond to emails

The products were great- Customer Service literally non-existence. If you’re lucky to get a response to an email, it takes weeks! Returns take forever to process, and countless emails to find out about the return status- I managed to get one response telling me they received my return. I have followed up 4 times since…..crickets! For that reason I will not be buying from this company again. Good Luck to anyone who needs Customer Service!

Manager escalation requested and still no resolution. It has now been 4 weeks just for me to receive my full refund of the return shipping that was supposed to be reviewed upon receipt. I should not have had to reach out after the order was refunded to raise the issue again. I received a used/damaged item, I reached out and got a respond after a week but by then I already requested a label online. When I finally get a reply, I am asked for additional pictures of the tags and they even knew I already shipped. Why do you need pic of tags, you already received the damaged photos of the bag the day it was delivered to me. Now I have to follow up again a 4th time and everyone keeps using the same macro saying they are waiting for the return to be reviewed. You already processed the return weeks ago. I am simply asking you to rectify the situation and refund the return shipping for your damaged bag that I would have kept had it been in new condition. I even stupidly purchased a new bag from you after the fact but will be looking to shop with another site moving forward. I will expect an email from a manager and a manager only. Thank you. A saddened and annoyed former customer.

If I could leave no stars for this company I would they have horrible customer service and they are very unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to order from here and they don't accept returns on their items. I reached out to this company days before to do a return and they didn't get back to me until weeks later they don't have a customer service number you have to communicate through email

Ordered shoes for my son. They sent the wrong size. I wanted exchange for correct size. They were unresponsive so I returned shoes shipped and requested a refund. They charged a restocking fee and did not refund my shipping from original order. Contacted them regarding same and had no response. I will not order from them again. This was not my first order but is my last. I wish I can delete them from my ShopStyle app.

I ordered boots for daughter 11/29 it’s 12/23 no boots. They have my money don’t respond to emails and my order has just sat there… My first and last order with Cettire…. I’ll dispute the charge to get my money back.

Total scam! I bought Isabel Marrant boots , returned because they were too small and now they are claiming the boots were scratched and destroyed: I never worn them. I think they scratched intentionally in order to not give me the refund. I order also a Marni bag from there and I now thinking if the bag is real or not

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, I didn’t BELEIVE them and I got scammed by Cettire. They are a trash company and need to be shut down. The CEO just sold over 100 million dollars worth of his own shares in Cettire earlier this year. 2023 is also the first year they’ve made a profit. Do your research!!! They cancelled my order after 3 days and I haven’t received a refund. Emailed response takes about 72 hours.

This company is in Melbourne, Australia and you can only return via DHL. If there is any chance you might return the item, then DO NOT buy it. Their customer service team responds in days, not hours, and the return policy of 14 days will surely be missed by you due to their incompetence and unwillingness to help your get your money back. Even if you properly provide documentation of the order processing, they will robotically respond when it suits them and benefits their company. Dean Mintz, the founder, should be ashamed that they sell “luxury” goods yet have a customer service department that is consistently reviewed as terrible. A couple more bad reviews have been posted on the Cettire site in December 2023. Maybe in Australia this type of bad business is acceptable?? Maybe try this organization for personal satisfaction that you tried to help out other customers before they are treated poorly: https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/contact-us/resolve-your-problem. Buy your goods from another retailer. Spare yourself and others from bad experiences with Cettire.

They have terrible customer service, they don’t reply to emails and they sent me a faulty handbag. They wash themselves by claiming wear and tear… yeah after using the item once okay; DO NOT purchase from this site its not worth it

I cancelled an order a little over 48 hours after making the order stating "if order had not yet shipped please cancel". Without status of the shipment I was told that since I didn't cancel within 24 hours I would be charged $25. I asked them to reconsider the charge since nothing had shipped and no service was offered. I was still charged with a response of "As the cancellation request is after 24 hours, a USD 25 cancellation fee is applied."

Do not buy from here. The store sends faulty products and then says you have damaged the item and it will not refund you the money. Even if you have an excellent track record with purchases and returns. I have also been waiting two months for a refund for a skirt. they have emailed me to tell me 'case closed' while they are refusing to return a faulty skirt they sent to me.

I purchased a luxury handbag on the 22nd of November still have not received it. I have send over 7 emails to chase this up. The first email reply was to say they would investigate and I never heard back so I followed-up several times and only received a reply when I posted a complaint online. The reply simply said they would follow-up with urgency, yet I still have not heard back and there is no movement on my purchase. You cannot call them so I feel very ripped off and in the dark about when or even IF I will receive what I paid for. Absolutely disgraceful service, especially for a company selling luxury goods. I will never ever buy from them again.

I've been waiting for my package for 3 weeks & still nothing has happened. In customer service, I have to wait 4-5 days until they give me an answer, but they couldn't even help me or find a solution.

Do not order from this company as they advertise items available, except your order and payment, then 2 weeks later send an email to say the item is sold out. Money not refunded immediately. 5 days later still waiting. Not acceptable

DO NOT buy from Cettire. Lower prices to lure you in, they take your payment and then it's weeks before they respond and say sorry the item is not available or some other lame excuse. You ask for a refund and it's another week or two to process the refund. Basically they use your money for 2-4 weeks to do whatever. Imagine they do that to hundreds of people... Total scam, fraud and money laundering operation. Stay away!!
