This company is in Melbourne, Australia and you can only return via DHL. If there is any chance you might return the item, then DO NOT buy it. Their customer service team responds in days, not hours, and the return policy of 14 days will surely be missed by you due to their incompetence and unwillingness to help your get your money back. Even if you properly provide documentation of the order processing, they will robotically respond when it suits them and benefits their company. Dean Mintz, the founder, should be ashamed that they sell “luxury” goods yet have a customer service department that is consistently reviewed as terrible. A couple more bad reviews have been posted on the Cettire site in December 2023. Maybe in Australia this type of bad business is acceptable?? Maybe try this organization for personal satisfaction that you tried to help out other customers before they are treated poorly: https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/contact-us/resolve-your-problem.
