“My order was delivered to the wrong address by DHL and they tried to retrieve it without success. I tried to contact CETTIRE but it was only email and I sent an email .
It took a week for them to reply and I was thinking they’ll send a replacement or a refund like most companies and then file an insurance claim with DHL.
Instead, they replied my email and sent me a form to fill which I did . After few days I called DHL to enquiry if CETTIRE has put in the insurance claim and was told they hadn’t done anything.
CETTIRE is not good when it comes to customer service .
CETTIRE refused to send a replacement or refund and as I write this has not filed the insurance claim yet .
I’m out of my money and my bag and CETTIRE don’t give a damn about it .
I’ve purchased a couple of times with no issues but when there’s one you are on your own .
My advice is stay away if you want to shop with a company with good quality customer service. How can a company as established as cettire selling thousands of dollars in merchandise have no phone number and communicates only via email which takes weeks to get a reply.
Cettire is a scam I never rate a company bad but I’ll make an exception this time .
Buy with a reputable company that knows how to resolve issues like this effectively.

I contacted the company via email (only way to contact) and kept getting the same message that they are “escalating” the issue and would get back to me. They sent me wrong item, on the way I recieved the email from DHL that I have to pay Customs fees to recieve my items, even though on their site its clearly said that all the customs fees included. It's hands down the worst I've ever encountered.
1. They charge you $30 CAD for a return, and to add insult to injury, they won't even refund the taxes you paid.
2. You're given a ridiculously tight window to return items, and if there are any shipping delays, tough luck—you're out of options.
3. Their customer service is a joke. They couldn't care less about helping you. Instead of addressing your concerns, they just keep spamming you with copies of their policy.”

I saw on the platform that they have a larger size available but customer service is just refusing to exchange them because the returns deadline has passed by a week. I find that incredibly inflexible and shocking, do they really want to lose a future customer and want me to discard the shoes as he can’t wear them?? That doesn’t make any sense. These were expensive shoes and I’m not even asking for a return or a refund. Customer service is just ignoring my emails now and there is no way to reach them via phone.
