Customer service is awful. I’ve ordered some shoes for my husband’s birthday. He’s tried them on but they’re half a size too small. I saw on the platform that they have a larger size available but customer service is just refusing to exchange them because the returns deadline has passed by a week. I find that incredibly inflexible and shocking, do they really want to lose a future customer and want me to discard the shoes as he can’t wear them?? That doesn’t make any sense. These were expensive shoes and I’m not even asking for a return or a refund. Customer service is just ignoring my emails now and there is no way to reach them via phone. They’re not a legit luxury goods platform and I won’t use them again. I cannot recommend them at all.
