Return policy is a total rip-off, and they seem to go out of their way to make your life miserable when you want to return something. It's hands down the worst I've ever encountered. 1. They charge you $30 CAD for a return, and to add insult to injury, they won't even refund the taxes you paid. 2. You're given a ridiculously tight window to return items, and if there are any shipping delays, tough luck—you're out of options. 3. Their customer service is a joke. They couldn't care less about helping you. Instead of addressing your concerns, they just keep spamming you with copies of their policy.
