In September 2023, I purchased Alexander McQueen sneakers. When I tried it on, the shoelace broke, so I returned it. It’s December now, almost three months later, have not received the refund yet. I contacted the company via email (only way to contact) and kept getting the same message that they are “escalating” the issue and would get back to me. There is no way to talk to a person at Cettire. I strongly recommend not buying anything from them.
