Absolutely atrocious. I genuinely think this company might be fraudulent. Purchased an item which arrived damaged and having reached out to their customer service email, not received anything. I’ve had on good authority they don’t respond until refund period elapses. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Still no response to any of my emails. This is a bankruptcy in the making
