Manager escalation requested and still no resolution. It has now been 4 weeks just for me to receive my full refund of the return shipping that was supposed to be reviewed upon receipt. I should not have had to reach out after the order was refunded to raise the issue again. I received a used/damaged item, I reached out and got a respond after a week but by then I already requested a label online. When I finally get a reply, I am asked for additional pictures of the tags and they even knew I already shipped. Why do you need pic of tags, you already received the damaged photos of the bag the day it was delivered to me. Now I have to follow up again a 4th time and everyone keeps using the same macro saying they are waiting for the return to be reviewed. You already processed the return weeks ago. I am simply asking you to rectify the situation and refund the return shipping for your damaged bag that I would have kept had it been in new condition. I even stupidly purchased a new bag from you after the fact but will be looking to shop with another site moving forward. I will expect an email from a manager and a manager only. Thank you.
