I didn’t even get my result from my day 2 test back until day 9. It was a bit of a shambles. I need to use another supplier in a couple of weeks and I won’t be using this company.

Easily the worst testing company I had the misfortune of using. Failed to provide day two test, lied about me not registering it when I could prove otherwise, then refused a refund on the basis that Royal Mail could not provide proof they’d received it. Incompetent, negligent, arrogant and deceitful. Halo Testing were flawless. I’ve filed a case with the U.K. Government under their scheme to monitor and investigate companies behaving poorly related to covid. Keeping someone’s funds during this pandemic when you failed to provide the service is a weak business model.

Never buy tests with these people ! Don’t answer the phone and then when you send the test they don’t even send the results !!! This is on the government page as a listed company to use ! I want my money back!!!! Disgraceful service !!!!!!

Worst practice I have used so far for 2 and 8 day PCR tests and results. Day 2 result arrives 1 day before day 8 test and 4 days after day 8!test I get the all clear. Absolutely the worst service ever for that extortionate amount of money. Never again 566670 bar code on package that I sent

I have done 2 Covid-19 test as per UK government travel plan said but result this company send me very late. Need to speed up public services. Thank you Kedar Sunwar

Hi you don't do well because I never received the kits. Secondly I requested my refund nothing happened so I was disappointed.

Day 2 testing result never arrived. After many unanswered calls, emails that received an automated response and complaints that I logged with UK govt. I got an half-hearted follow-up and another test kit of which I never received any result. I allowed plenty of time and spent a lot of effort for confirm testing to remedy itself. They failed.

Extremely late reply when dealing with an issue. test results were supposed to be with in 24 hours one took 5 days the other took 7. Wont be using them again. Waste of money time and effort

Very bad service. Day 2 test arrived late, even though I had ordered the tests well in advance. Also waited 48hrs to tell me my day 8 test was inconclusive, blood on swab meant it didn't work, no extra swab provided even though 2 tests cost nearly 200 pounds. Terrible phone service too, nobody knew what they were talking about. Altogether terrible service

I posted my test on 29th April, was informed that results will take up to 48 hours. Unfortunately a week later 6th May today and i have still not received my results. The test kits however did arrive on time.

Dear Harpeet, I have checked your record and both results were sent to you. The first on Fri, Apr 30, 8:30 PM (7 days ago) and the second at 1:30am this morning. We had advised customers not to collect their samples over the bank holiday so as to avoid delays as there was no Royal Mail service over the weekend. It looks like you had posted yours on the Friday and it had been delayed getting to the lab because of the long weekend. I have resent these to you now. I hope this helps resolve your issue. The test results took to long to come back my 10 day quarantine had finished by my day 8 test results hand not come back yet after 36 months and I had to do another test Not happy at all

Dear Abdul, According to our system, your results were sent to you on Thu, Apr 29, 12:00 AM. This was on your Day 10 and was not delayed (your arrival date counts as Day 0). We do explain that results can sometimes be delayed more than 24 hours in rare cases due to delays in the mail or at the lab. We are unable to control these delays as they are out of our hands. Dear Anup, Sorry to hear your test arrived late. We dispatch according to arrival date and dispatch the Day 8 closer to the Day 8 as the Government has mandated they are dispatched separately so to avoid customers swabbing themselves early. This guidance has now changed and we can now dispatch them together. We apologise this has affected your experience.
