Not efficiently. Test results are late. 4 days late. For some test that you need to pay, it’s expensive and the results are late. Dissatisfied

Hi Ionela, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service. I have checked your account and both times it appears you were sent the results within 24 hours of them arriving at the lab. We're unfortunately unable to control any other delays in the mail, but we try to minimise any possible delays on our end. From the date you swab, it then takes some time for the test sample to be returned to the lab, and from there about 12 to 24 hours (only sometimes a bit longer) to receive results and both of yours appear to be within that timeline. I sent both of my tests at the given time and placed them in postboxes that were not yet emptied for the day. Yet I still received my results for the 2nd test 4 days after submitting it and I am now STILL waiting for my day 8 test result even though it is now day 12 and I've been forced to prolong my quarantine. I don't think I will be recommending this company to anyone.

Dear Thomas, Thank you for your review. We are sorry you were not fully satisfied with the service. I have just checked your record and it appears both results were sent to you. I will resend those to you now in case they did not appear in your inbox (sometimes they go to spam as it's from an automated system to make sure results are sent as soon as they are populated). As for the post not being picked up, unfortunately Royal Mail's activity is out of our hands. They have been doing their best to deal with the demand for testing. We choose a private carrier to get the kits to you but not many couriers allow for live samples to be transported, so we have to use Royal Mail in this instance. I hope this helps resolve your query. First my house number was not included on the day 2 test package, despite my asking it to be amended a week before it was due to be sent, AND despite the customer service confirming that the house number had been included - only for me to get a retrospective message from the delivery company that there was no house number on the package. It therefore got sent back and I did not receive my day two test until day 8... On top of that, it is now day 12 and I have not received my day 2 or day 8 results despite sending them promptly on day 8. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I have checked up on your account and it seems we did send both results as follows: Day 2 result: Sat, Apr 24, 9:30 AM Day 8 result: today at 10:30 AM. I will now forward these to you again to make sure you've received them. As well, apologies about the error with DPD, we do modify whenever we're able to prior to dispatch, apologies this caused issues in this instance. My advice is to avoid this company. I travelled back to London two weeks ago from Bahrain... paid my fees for testing after reading the glowing marketing piece on confirm testing... At the time of Writing ... 14 days after arriving in the U.K... I still have not received my day 8 tests back yet my son and wife have theirs. Communication has been virtually non existent... the help line is dead... emails are not answered... not surprisingly I did get an email back after I said I was not happy and gave them a chance to redeem themselves before I posted this review... I did get a reply... saying both my tests were negative... yet still no official update. Thank goodness I used a different company for my early release... ( project screen) who had my results back inside 48 hours. Furthermore.. I live in Bahrain where the price for 3 tests is c60 pounds in total ... The prices charged by confirm testing and others are exorbitant! Oh and results are back within 10 hours in Bahrain.... Rio off? In my eyes yes.

Are you serious? I had zero assistance with my £190 test to release purchase. The auto populated address confirmed the correct address on my receipt but the actual package did not show the street address beyond the flat number and post code and I was unable to get any assistance via multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails. Zero help. I had to wait until I had a failed attempted delivery and contact the delivery service to correct the problem since Confirm at no point responded to my request for some very basic assistance with the problem, which ultimately delayed my clearance for quarantine release.

I absolutely dreaded the entire process of using this company. Test results didnt come back for day 2 and day 8 till 5 days after. Therefore I spent 14 days in isolation. I wasn’t allowed to go back to work till I received a negative test. Reaching them via phone or email is impossible. They never respond. Don’t waste your time and money with Confirm testing

Absolutely awful service. Instructions were not clear enough. No bar code was provided with the day 2 test. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone.

Both day 2 and day 8 test results were delivered only 96h after I took the tests, meaning I was forced to isolate for longer than necessary and the 24-48h turnaround promised was not delivered on at all. Poor communication throughout, customer feedback was an automated message. I'm going with a different test provider for my next travels.

Absolutely awful service took 6 days to get a result for day 2 and can never get through to anyone in customer service via there phone number - do not give this company your money !

Absolutely disgusting Service. I cannot believe I paid nearly £200 for the Day 2 and Day 8 Testing Package. Got the Testing kits on time but the results were not delivered within 24hrs of testing kits being received by them. Also, they should arrange for couriers who work weekends to make sure testing samples are delivered on time. They chose to use Royal Mail 24hrs because it is cheaper and more profit for Confirm Testing. I cannot believe this is a Government Approved Service. When you ring them, you cannot get through to anybody and when you do they are absolutely useless. When you email, they will respond only when they want to. I am still awaiting a response to my refund request. Avoid like the plague.

Total scam this compamy, STAY AWAY everyone. They take money and you will never hear back. Nobody answering phones, email answers are generic. I have never received my test results. So definitely reporting them and asking money back via credit card company.

It took 6 days to get the results of day 2 test and 7 days for the results of day 8 test, meaning my son couldn’t leave isolation for 15 days. Not good enough when you are paying £190 for this. Results should be maximum 48hourd for the day 8 test. People are relying on this to leave isolation, but no, 7 days, really ? Appalling that these companies are getting away with this

Very bad service. I never called the customer service number and got ahold of any person. Results were late and so were the test packages. Still haven’t received my day 8 test so I had to get it done elsewhere on day 11 to stop isolating. Not recommended to anyone!!

Its was a very poor service. As your Day 2 abd Day 8 kit didnt arrived on time because of which i have to self isolate for 16 days. As im a frontline worker was not able to resume to my work on time.i had a loss of pay for 1 week.Its a huge income loss,because of your poor service.Customer care service is very poor

An absolute nightmare! They sent day 2 and 8 in separate parcels, day 2 complete, day 8 with the leakproof bag missing. I contacted them that day, Monday, (different attempts, waiting for more then 30 mins on the phone)to let them know I was sending the test without bag because they didn't send one, they refused it, saying they will send a new test kit that will arrive the day after, even if it was already done, I had to go through the swabbing again. I was afraid it will be late, but they said it will not. The day after, Tuesday, they rang me saying that they are sending the test and it will arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday nothing...On Thursday I rang again, again long waiting, no answer, after the 3rd attempt I managed to speak with them but they had no idea where the order was and IF it was coming...they said they will ring me back, never happened. Thursday I received an answer to the email sent on Monday, they were just asking for more details. I just said that I want my money back...well, on Friday miraculously I received the test kit, no answer to the email though. I've been trying to contact them about 10 times during the week, more attempts failed, some with an answer after ages of waiting but not helpful anyway. Not recommended is the minimum I can say about them.

The time taken from posting the test sample to getting the results were excessively longer than those promised. Tests posted on day 2, results received on day 7, tests posted on day 8, results received on day 13. Not the 24 hours as stated. Very poor service.

This center is very difficult to contact. I do not know if anyone could ever contact their number, days and days of calling but to no avail. I was able to get hold of them only after I posted a review in their facebook page. Their e-mail is also frustrating as 99% of all the email i have sent was replied to by an automated response. The agent is, in all fairness, nice and helpful but the fact that they are just really unbelievably impossible to contact overweighs this point. Turnaround time for the results are reasonable ~48hours, but that’s after i followed up on it (could be because I had registration issues too, but i doubt as reviews here says they really have very significant delays releasing results).

Dont reply to emails and keep on sending performance reviews after they do nothing, don’t reply to phone calls and leave you 20 minutes on hold then you get hanged up on every time. Not professional and wouldn’t be using them again.
