“It’s so bad it feels like a scam! Good luck to anyone that tries to use this service when travel opens up! Have tried to engage with “customer service” but unfortunately this only exists in the form of standard letters. Save your money.”

“Dreadful experience, would not recommend. Late deliver of results. If you need the results in a timely fashion I would look elsewhere.”

“I have tried to call for days to have more info about my test results but nobody was picking up. I received my results after 3 days and I had to quarantine for more than 10 days as I haven t had my 8th test result.”

“Your first test too come late,but luckily I ordered two, one from a different company. So I didn't use yours as you well know,so I'd like my money back please. Regards Mr G Barbrook”
