“Efficient orderering and follow up details Then prompt response from the carriers as to delivery time etc which then progressed to the final time to the loction. Bit hazy though if I could not easily find where to possibly alter the delivery time/date so that needs addressing maybe Delivery was good and carrier very helpful. All the pieces there and the shed did give a trouble free ie dimensional fit without problems and the quality was or is what I was expecting from the materials. All in all am very satisfied but just as an observation the prices of most said sheds has gone up appreciably which material costs etc have risen but from my last shed only 2 years ago the price has risen disproportionately a bit high. Still its the last I may nedd so hey Ho. Overall am happy with ELBEC and the current discount etc and with their service.”

“Instructions very poor both is description and diagrams.
Wood quality is poor as is the construction of the panels, so when It come to putting it together, they are not squared so the shed has gaps. We had to saw some bits to fit. I expected a much better product and would not buy this again. Not value for money.”

“Our garden shed arrived unannounced, no communication to say it was to be delivered on that day. My wife and I had been visiting relatives and returned home to to find it leaning against our garden fence. In the interests of safety and security we had to handball it into our back garden which was not ideal as she is suffering from a shoulder injury. Had we known when the shed was to be delivered we would have arranged to have some younger and fitter members of the family to come through and assist. Given it was dark we left it until the following morning before inspecting our purchase and were left somewhat disappointed, three panels had defects, two with broken slats and one with a broken base. On erecting the shed we further found some of the wood to be warped which has left the building weakened, it is also poorly finished. All in all the whole experience has been something of a let down.”

“Purchased a greenhouse online on 17/01/25. The order was passed to Forest who subcontracted the delivery. Courier advised delivery date on 28/01/25 2which was not convenient. Despite 2 calls to Forest & promise of call back the delivery has not been rescheduled. Disappointing that Elbe do not take responsibility for the delivery once order placec”
