“Very pleased with the end results, took my time to construct it and recognised that at this price point the wood used might not be the best quality. So coated in wood preservative then 3 coats of Cuprinol olive garden. Glazing ok but two frames were slightly warped (to be expected). I had to multitool a few millimetres off to fit. I would advise being very careful with the centre roof joists as I set them a bit too low. I think tbh you need to be a competent DIYer for the kit but for the money I think it is very good. Be worth the manufacturer including a couple of spare glazing bars (they are knotty). Also maybe some window stays too.

“Bought a summerhouse with a side shed, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The initial delivery was missing the side shed, and the wood panels that did arrive were chipped. The wood for the base frame was warped and clearly inadequate. On top of these quality issues, the customer service was appalling; a male representative was particularly rude and unhelpful. The entire business seems to lack basic quality control and vendor oversight, as evidenced by these repeated issues. To make matters worse, the second delivery for the missing shed was also incorrect. Avoid this company!”

“Excellent service & product. My new shed arrived already painted but alas 2 yrs on, the paint had not survived the Cumbrian winter. I ordered the replacement paint from an unknown source, but Elbec proved to be an excellent choice. From selection through to delivery , they provided a first class service. I also recommend the shed paint, which covered the faded areas perfectly. An excellent choice all round.”

“Communication was fair form Elbec once prompted, the lead time and stock indication wasn't good and having to chase up for delivery timeframes wasn't ideal.

“My arbour arrived within the timescale advised and all the parts were there. I decided to paint before assembly and each part looks fine. My only gripe is extra staples on various parts which needed to be pulled out with pliers. Being good at DIY I do not see any problem with assembly.”

“The only complaint I have if any the delivery driver didnāt get my order to my gate, also the openers for the windows are missing.
