“Very pleased with the end results, took my time to construct it and recognised that at this price point the wood used might not be the best quality. So coated in wood preservative then 3 coats of Cuprinol olive garden. Glazing ok but two frames were slightly warped (to be expected). I had to multitool a few millimetres off to fit. I would advise being very careful with the centre roof joists as I set them a bit too low. I think tbh you need to be a competent DIYer for the kit but for the money I think it is very good. Be worth the manufacturer including a couple of spare glazing bars (they are knotty). Also maybe some window stays too.

“The quality of the aluminium fittings were very poor. The window fitting handle was impossible to use due to a poor finish. Obviuosly no quality control. I couldn't lift up the handle due to the metal catching when lifting up the handle.”

“The 4 x 3 Victorian greenhouse is good value for money with the discount and is flexible where you position doors and open windows.
When delivered the drivers unpacked the parts and helpfully took packaging away.
Unfortunately the wooden sides, doors and windows appear warped and do not fit well together. One window was cracked when delivered and had to be replaced.
The plastic cover on windows was challenging to remove.
The instructions for how to assemble were very brief and in need of text to explain assembly.”

“The buying experience was very straight forward and I was able to select a delivery date which was very useful , the product was delivered on time and the driver unloaded it and brought into my back garden via a side gate , so I cannot fault your buying and delivery service . As to the product itself a Victorian Tall wall greenhouse It arrived with no pieces missing but was still wet/damp from I take it from the treatment and some of the parts were warped , this made assembly difficult I had to use additional fixings to force parts together and to straighten parts , many of the joints are not a tight fit leaving large gaps in which have used a clear outdoor sealant for additional waterproofing ,other parts I have had to use power tools to make adjustments,I would have expected a more close fit on the finished greenhouse , in terms of the doors and opening windows .I have painted the item with two coats of Protek paint for additional weatherproofing .I know you make these out of softwood but it should be seasoned and after pressure treatment held until the items are dry .I have accepted the product as it is and hopefully it will last . Your ordering and delivery is very good but the product lets you down”

“Product arrived on time with all parts present. We had to modify parts to align each piece . This meant cutting some of the spars and waterproofing the box as the slats were not up against each other. When complete with the revisions made. The bench and arbour looks lovely”

The fascia boards would not be available for the side of the building, as this could entrap water on the roof, which could, in turn, pool into an area. Too much moisture within one area can cause a flux of water ingress into the building. The fascia boards that were not provided for the sides are to allow the water to flow from the roof smoothly and prevent water from building up.
