“Seems reasonably made though base a bit flimsy.
Needed to shorten it slightly but easy to do. Used a few extra stainless screws to improve strength and rigidity.”

“I ordered 2 planters. The first arrived fine but the second was damaged and so was returned. Then the reorder went missing, but was eventually delivered. Elbec were really good at making sure they stayed in communication when I raised concerns. I'm happy with the products and they've made a gret addition to our hospital.”

“Very satisfied for the price. One or two issues. Of the two front facing corner cover battens one was shorter than the other, and one of the plain ones was missing altogether. This didn’t matter as that joint in the panels is inside the shed.
You will see front the photos that I have added shelving in the shed and summer house and had electrics to both locations. The 90 year old mother in law who had the new summerhouse as a birthday gif is very pleased with it.”

“Sturdy planter and minimal assembly (although my son had to attach the plant climbing part as I'm usless with a drill!)
You'll need a drill and screwdriver and also either a staple gun or hammer and nails to attach the liner.
Like the quality it looks as if it will last for years to come.
One slight moan is that one corner edge was damaged. However it doesn't affect the structure so I didn't complain.”

“Good quality product and easy to assemble. Only issue was the off loading the product from the lorry. We were told driver wouldn't any assistance but without my husbands help the driver would not have managed.”

“I expected, as advertised, a garden shed with 10 mm thick polycarbonate walls. Instead I received a shed with 2-3 mm thick walls. Other than that, I am fairly pleased with the shed, although it took a lot longer to erect than I thought it would (about a week).”

“Pleased with my purchase of a victoria garden arbor from elbec garden buildings. It was delivered within the time and date given. Overall the build quality of the arbor was good and went together quite well, but it did have a couple of minor faults. A couple of the screws holding the seat slats were not driven in properly. When i tried to drive them in further, two of the screws sheared off/broke. So i had to drill new holes and replace with new screws. Also, the curved section of trellis at the back of the arbor was slightly too big. I had to cut approximately one inch (2-3cm) off the straight bottom edges of the trellis slats to make it fit inside the rebates of the frame properly. Other than these minor faults, the arbor went together well and is sturdy and solid. A nice addition to our garden. Thankyou elbec garden buildings.”
