“Great customer service, but the product was very confusing to put together non of the parts were numbered or labelled and also the instruction booklet was also vague. It had illustrations but most was guess work. We ended up with 4 pieces of metal. One could fathom out where they went and there were no holes drilled for the lock.”

“The instructions were easy to follow, but it did take a day for 3 of us to build it. It was difficult to get the hinges in correctly so that the door and windows shut correctly and stay shut. The window catches are not very good quality. Having said all of that our granddaughter loves it and it looks very pretty.”

“Quality service from Elbec, arrived quickly & on time. Easy to erect the Salisbury Arbour, despite being an 80 yr old DIY'er, completed on my own in less than two hours! Looks good, but probably requires painting/staining to improve visual appearance as timber, although well treated, has many knots/imperfections. Maybe requires a sixth seating slat to reduce gaps between seat slats? Overall, a good product for the garden.”

“I’ll check on my delivery. I found one or two items missing and they were replaced within two days without quibble. The delivery drivers went above and beyond and volunteered to put my greenhouse delivery into my back garden rather than at the curbside as expected.”

“The overall archway was better than anticipated. The reason rating of 4 is one of the cross corner pieces was cracked from end to end on both sides. Obviously not checked prior to despatch. Was a bit worried it might break completely when fixing together.”
