“The shed is okay, we've had it just over a month now and theres been a few leaks during the rain, one through the window sills, and the other through the wood itself. The treatment on the wood is poor, it soaks the water and allows it to drip through the other side, the structure is okay but ours arrived with damaged posts, it still did the job but not what you expected for a £500 shed.”

“The item I have purchased, not satisfied because of few pieces were broken, I had to spend more to repair those pieces . Driver was extremely rude and not clear English , loaded his truck with few other orders and I was asking him is it the full order as those pieces never came in pallet . He dammed some additional wooden pices in my front garden I was thinking those are the part of my order, I had to take those in the recycling centre . Really sad purchase . I would’ve ask for refund but I really needed that shed at that time . So can’t be asked . Will not recommend this company to anyone . If you do risk is yours .”

“Summerhouse arrived quickly from Shires with very comprehensive instruction books. All necessary fittings were included and everything went well. Erection was completed in 3 days by one person. Finishing off and painting has taken much longer but it now looks fabulous. Several pieces of wood were warped but Shire's replaced them which was good except that the carrier (DHL) took a week to deliver them, even losing the pack at one point and telling us to contact Shires about it ! Very pleased with the price from Elbec and good customer service.”

“Really great steel shed. Went together beautifully in a day. Didn’t need to drill out a single hole. Only issue was the delivery, arrived a day late and at 7:15am despite message saying it would be 10:30-11:30am!”

“The shed was OK and the instructions clear, but the quality of some of the panels not so good with various splits. Biggest problem was the delivery which arrived at 7am in the morning having only sent an email to let me know it was arriving 2 1/2 hours earlier at 4:30am that morning!”
