We have put together many sheds, storage boxes, playhouses, greenhouses, coops and hutches over the years, but this one took us 3 days!! Things that needed screwing on but 3 steps later told you to take it off again, bits that made no sense at all, bits that don't fit together properly and instructions that were about 40 pages long 🤦♀️ Definitely won't be buying this brand again”

“Purchased the greenhouse from Elbec. Design good. Building instructions terrible. Hardware poor quality. Structure quality not as good as I expected. The back section was warped & some of the wood of inferior quality. Shelves didn't fit & had to be altered. Better than many others on the market but still not good enough.”

“After 3 weeks .. 2 calls to customer service and one message unanswered .. still waiting on my finion and screw that was short delivered. I was told that I woild be sent a link to teack the delivery ... the link did not come .. so over 3 weeks and still cant finish off arbour with its crowning finion. Shame ..”

“I have been now waiting over 3 weeks for the finion and double threaded screw to finish the arbour off .. which was short delivered at the time. I have now called customer service twice and messaged .. the second time I called I was told that I would be sent a link to determine where the part was as it had been sent by courier on a date they could not give me. Unfortunately still no finion .. or screw .. still cant crown the arbour off... shame because it is a good product.”

“Firstly order didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, having got up before 7am, at age 80 and waited 'till 7pm on the evening before I could leave the house to walk my dog which left me to walk her in the dark!
There was no apology just a text message days later to say my order had been rearranged and when it did arrive there were 6 pieces missing. Had to wait several more days for them to arrive.
The person I was paying to do the work to install it for me had to rearrange his work schedule due to firstly it not arriving until a week later than it should have and then another revisit due to the order being incomplete !!!!
Not impressed at all with service and AFTER sales service.
The quality in itself is faultless hence me giving the rating I have.

“The shed was a value 15' x 10' and was fairly easy to assemble, came with "most" parts and was delivered promptly and updated throughout.
3 stars as the shed had wrong size felt, it was swapped but a week apart so had to waterproof temporarily in between, yhr felt nails are too small for the felt so had to purchase 16mm felt nails”

“The planter we bought wasn't up to standard. and was imperfect.... we are really disappointed and cannot recommend to others.......some of the issues
The screw holes didn't match up
The Gaps inbetween the panels varied greatly!
Gaps at the corners they didn't meet up flush.
The shelf inside should have fitted in easy after assembly, but we had it saw some off it to fit it inside and put liner in.
We didn't want an 'imperfect' one and wasn't told it was when we rang to order one. And was told
It was a special price ending that day. It also wasn't in packs & just delivered in lose pieces off the van.
Our regular gardener/landscaper didn't feel satisfied with the end result, and it took him several hours longer than it should have done to assemble, he was disappointed he couldn't do the job to his usual high standard because of the faults .

“Although the shed seems strong the a few struts were damaged/broken, a few slats not nailed correctly and slats broken and we had to cut the door down as it didnt fit”

“Timber used seems on the thin side especially floor tongue and groove considering the cost of over 1,000 pounds I would have expected quality of floor board also many nails not even hit the beams guy on gun needs re training not assembly yet but this is on inspection however Ian the delivery guy credit to the company”

“Product was as described and at a fair price. Delivery was as agreed.
We received conflicting advice on the timimng of the installation, resulting in the installer turning up at a different time to the one we were informed. He said that this always happened. So make sure you have someone at home the whole day.
Once installed a damaged panel was found which I am still waiting to be replaced.
Easy to speak to on the phone and seem to be eager to sort the issue out.”

“I bought a 10 x 8 "Sun" potting shed two years ago. Very soon after installation (by your team) on to a new purpose-built concrete slab, I also had it insulated, lined with plywood. The door lock & fittings had to be upgraded and re-fitted. Then it was painted inside & out with top quality oil based outdoor paint. All this was needed to bring it up to an acceptable quality and make it fit for purpose/weatherproof.
Before this, the basic shed I bought from you was poor with gaps in the pre-fabricated panels which also did not line-up properly, more than 20 knot holes in the boards that I could see the light through (that all had to be individually filled), badly fitting/wrongly sized window frames and battens and poor quality fixtures & fittings. I was not expecting the shed to be so basic and badly made. Everything was cheap and flimsy. The 2 men who installed the shed were unskilled & slapdash. They clearly did not know, and had no training on, how to put the shed together and just bodged it. Apart from everything else, when they left I found the door and lock did not fit and some of the battens to hold in the windows had been broken or left off completely. One pane of glass was missing.
Finally last week the roof felt tore apart and ripped off completely. I have had new EPDM roofing put on in its place.
So I have spent a lot of time and money to upgrade a poor quality shed that was not cheap. I thought your customers would like to know what they are buying and what they will need to do to bring their shed up to an acceptable standard.”

“Order arrived on the 17th Oct 2024. Found to have a panel missing. A replacement was despatch on the 23rd Oct 2024 and delivery would be within 3 working days. Panel arrived on the 28th Oct 2024. But that panel was damaged. Again had to contact Forest Garden team who were sorry for the order being damaged. The next Panel was despatched on the 30th Oct2024 and delivery would be within 3 working days again they sent a apologies for any inconvenience caused. Panel arrived on the 4thNov2024 this time the panel was wrapped in a firm plastic flim which stop any damaged. Will say the Forest Garden team did they best for me, but it took 18 days to get my full order, which mean,t that I had a delay on making up the shed by around 21 days after I had finish building the shed. Happy with the shed overall.”
