“Door did not fit, needed shaving down. Holes in panels where edges of tongue broken off. one end panel had seven holes . Not enough felt suppled. Key did not work from outside due to badly aligned key hole. Some nails driven in at an angle and heads left protruding. Poor quality control.”
“Generally good build quality but a number of the supplied fittings were too short. Found some instructions were lacking. A number of the panels had holes and nails missing the batons. Large gaps in the joints between roof panels”
“I had it up in 2 days. There was rather a long wait for it to arrive (1 month) but it's ok. The wood is poorer quality than I imagined. Lots of splits and knots which fell out, so lots of holes to patch up. I had to reinforce the timber frame, as it didn't appear strong enough. Overall, it's not bad, not great, it's ok for now. Time will tell how long it lasts. I have started to give it a couple coats of delux ducks back. Hopefully that keeps the rain at bay”
“The quality of timber and the cutting of timber is not very good, as it was a summer house and not a shed I was a bit disappointed. The roofing sheets looked like they had been left out in the rain for some time.”
“The delivery service was excellent. I was disappointed in the quality finish of several parts of the building. Much of the wood was un finished and rough sides and edges, easy to snag on clothing and hands.
From a distance looks great, closer up no so great.”
“I was initially so impressed with the whole process, delivery day updated etc but on building our garden shed this weekend we have a few missing products and broken items. The shed itself is great quality, and we are super please aside from the missing/ damaged parts.
It’s a beautiful design and very sturdy.”

“The shed arrived at 08.00 in the morning- 4/5 hrs earlier than quoted. Erected 3days later and joiner remarked the wood was extremely dry & brittle!......2 x exterior posts were split in 3 places & therefore useless (thank god we could use supports from my original shed to patch it.
The ready made slat sides have huge gaps meaning I'll have to purchase filler to keep bugs/ mice out!”
“Item acceptable although needing some remedial work I.e removing poorly hammered nails on 5 occasions. Delivery was dreadful, told mine was on transport as the 5th drop spent all day waiting never arrived. No communication from firm. After a few phone calls was told delivery would arrive a week later. Very annoyed customer.”
“As an ex mechanical/electrical engineer ,the instructions weren’t very explicit and negatively the holding down kits were wrong-even when your subcontractor sent 2 replacements they were the same,so l gave up complaining and bought real rawlplugs industrial types—on the other hand it was reasonably priced so 3 out of 5 stars.
