“I ordered a Shire Hampton corner summerhouse from Elbec on sunday 22nd of May 2016. On the monday, I received a comformation email and details of how to arrange delivery. Unbelievably, I was offered a delivery date for Wedsnesday 25th of May, alas, we weren't available that day, but arranged for it to be delivered on Saturday the 28th. A Saturday delivery AT NO EXTRA COST!! The summerhouse duly arrived and was delivered by a very nice, helpful and friendly man who had just driven all the way from Kings Lynn to West Sussex..mostly in the rain! This company, together with Shire cannot be praised enough for their efforts. I was fully expecting to have to wait several weeks for the summerhouse to arrive, but the service was wonderful and I cannot recommend both of these companies enough. Thank you Elbec for your wonderful service .”
“Great shed, I recommend buying the additional metal base for strength, although no instructions supplied with the base, So need a knowledge of basic assembly to build. The shed itself comes with basic instructions, so allot a trial and error. Great addition to the garden.”

“Good quality sunhouse,nice finish however my only concern is the bi-folding doors are hinged in such a way that when closed they sit at angle across the floor frame,which could allow water in.I'm sure there is a way of hanging the doors so that they run flush with frame when shut.having said this,I am generally well pleased with the sunhouse. “Regarding elbec - great service! However a couple of things regarding the shire summerhouse were a little disappointing - these being: the shiplap on all panels didn't line up - most noticeable on the window panel; the door latch could have been better. All looks fine now though - just need live with it! Other than these minor issues the remainder and quality is fine.”
“Great product for price ,l rubed down some parts of the Arbor to get a better finish best to paint before assembly. Just drill a few holes and screw together , follow the instructions , great result.”
