“The Summerhouse was delivered at the time promised by a very friendly driver who appreciated my help in unloading it. Assembly was reasonably easy for 2 people and took probably about 4hrs. It might have been slightly easier if some of the smaller parts had been labelled as to what they were, but this could be nit-picking on my part - I did sort them and label them myself before assembly. It has stayed perfectly dry throughout a very wet winter, and we are looking forward to spending lots of time in there as the weather warms up.”

“Further to my other review, I can now say I have received excellent customer service and apologise for any unfair criticism. Having e-mailed customer care I received a telephone call explaining the situation and to expect delivery in a couple of days. Lovely lady took time to explain everything which was greatly appreciated as at this difficult time I think we are all more anxious. When my order arrives I hope to be able to review that and give it 5 stars as well.”
