“2 delivery dates missed, on 3rd delivery incorrect shed ( windowless). Then could not get a delivery prior to handyman booking so built incorrect shed. Never offered the difference in window shed price I had paid. To cap it all shed is poor quality.”
“My dealings with Elbec were cordial and helpful - but their supplier Shire was a disaster. The shed we ordered simply did not arrive on the day promised and no further delivery date was forthcoming from them. My strong impression was that Shire were prevaricating because the order was nowhere near ready. In the end, the order was delivered over a month late. It may be that Elbec originally promised a date that was unachievable, but if so Shire should have apologised for the mistake and offered a more realistic target.”

Service very poor. No mention it is out of stock until I had paid on line. I had to pester for a delivery date.
Delivery date arrived, day booked off work, expected between seven and one. Tracked driver all morning, telephone call at 2 to say they had forgotten to put it on the delivery. Advised they would call back to arrange a suitable date for me. No call back just a txt to say it would arrive week after, another day I had to book off work.
Service not worth the £30 saving!!”
“Very poor customer service delivered the wrong product then cancelled three times when trying to deliver the right product had to cancel in the end .and had to wait for the wrong product to be picked .i do not recommend this company”

Waited in all day & night where tracking said it was arriving until midnight. Nothing arrived!
No calls from driver or customer service that day or the next!
Many calls made to them to be told its on a 2 day delivery and cant get hold of the driver!
Our email does not state a 2 day delivery in any form!!!
Plus the driver said he let the team know and the team said the driver should let the customer know!!
Also we had a family member take the day off to help receive and move item.
Appalling service!! We would like the delivery charge refunded.”

Arrived damaged - split boards and marked sides.
Arrived unglazed - no mention of customer having to fit glass and beading.
Felt arrived as a roll and not 3 pre-cut sheets see A2555 x 3 in the instruction leaflet - see pages 6 & 16
Open knot holes in sides - poor overall quality.
Locking bar for both shed door knobs not drilled at right angle - so have had to re-drill hole to take the Locking Pin.”
“Avoid at all cost i have beteen 15 and 25 photos of very bad workmanship.
They offered to replace some pices, id have to wait 2 weeks have alot merchinery
under a gazbo, it wasnt an option so i had to have it built.
we even had to cut the plastic for the windows, they were that far out of square
