“Very bad customer service!
Waited in all day & night where tracking said it was arriving until midnight. Nothing arrived!
No calls from driver or customer service that day or the next!
Many calls made to them to be told its on a 2 day delivery and cant get hold of the driver!
Our email does not state a 2 day delivery in any form!!!
Plus the driver said he let the team know and the team said the driver should let the customer know!!
Also we had a family member take the day off to help receive and move item.
Appalling service!! We would like the delivery charge refunded.”

Arrived damaged - split boards and marked sides.
Arrived unglazed - no mention of customer having to fit glass and beading.
Felt arrived as a roll and not 3 pre-cut sheets see A2555 x 3 in the instruction leaflet - see pages 6 & 16
Open knot holes in sides - poor overall quality.
Locking bar for both shed door knobs not drilled at right angle - so have had to re-drill hole to take the Locking Pin.”
“Avoid at all cost i have beteen 15 and 25 photos of very bad workmanship.
They offered to replace some pices, id have to wait 2 weeks have alot merchinery
under a gazbo, it wasnt an option so i had to have it built.
we even had to cut the plastic for the windows, they were that far out of square

“product is not as described and of poor quality.. Size wise it measures 105x48cm (3ft 6ins x19ins not the 3x2ft Ordered and was expecting yes the extra width could be useful but the depth is insufficient for my needs not doesn't fit the small space in my garden. As poor for quality I found 3 nail misfired in the wrong place which one of which I needed to file off as it was under the positioning of the hinge.. The roofing felt is cracked the throughout the length.”

The worst value for money product I have ever bought . Worth max £150 not £500 !!
Timber isn’t cut straight so nothing lined up . Panel's warped so a real struggle to get it together at all .”
“I purchased a GardenShed/Greenhouse from you , please see the attached pictures. the assembly of the greenhouse section was far from easy and the build quality was very dubious to say the least. The quality of the wood is low, and some of the screws supplied were very poor , the head stripping out with the slightest effort. the roof section was particilatly poor. I have had to make modifications myself to get the unit to look at all decent , otherwise it looks like a rickety old greenhouse Im sad to say. This unit was not cheap. Please come and take it away and reimburse my money and compensation for time spent on this. This is not fit for purpose and not as advertised.”

“I ordered a new shed on 14 Feb. It was out of stock with delivery expected mid March. It is now 21 March and I have no shed, nor any update from Elbec. I see from their website it is now expected at the end of April, but no one thought to update me. The only contact I have had is this, to ask me to leave a review.”
“Building came damaged and took over a week to rectify, the stain was so iragr it was ridiculous and when I spoke to customer services I was actually laughed at by the agen it the phone…
Overall a nice product but be prepared to rectify the many issues that come with it such as windows that are made far to small for the recess meaning lots of additional packing required to fill the gaps, wood that is already split and nails protruding from the finished surface..and as for the return on the roof overhang…seriously what we’re the designers thinking!
Buy cheap but be prepared to spend a lot of time and effort to make good….”
“Shed never turned up on date delivery booked for. Driver failed delivery. Over 24 hours later and still no contact about what is going to be done about it. Very disappointing.”
