“I've bought two garden buildings from elbec. First a summerhouse - really I use it as storage for my garden furniture but I wanted it to look nicer than a shed. It has been painted cream outside and green inside and looks good. I was so pleased with the delivery, quality and ease of erection that I also bought a little sentry box shed to keep my tools in. It was very easy to order and pay for both of them online, and I was notified when they would be arriving.”

“Set up on concrete fence post ,followed instruction,up and finished in two days on my own very happy with the quality and price ,now being used for garden tools have added a work bench shelving and lights.”
“After looking at sheds at several garden centers and B&Q, I decided to look on line and came across elbec, advertising the shed I was looking for at a reasonable price. I placed the order and it was delivered on time with no problems at all. It was simple to erect and it only took a morning with a little assistance from my wife. I'm 67 years old, so you don't have to be Bob the builder to put one of these up. Great shed, if I could have attached a picture I would have, because now it's been painted a nice green and grey it looks great, and well worth showing off. One minor gripe. Could do with tougher glass or perspex for the windows.”
“I bought the Biohort Europa 2A shed and Biohort Storemax 190 bike shed. I assembled the Storemax myself and paid to get the Europa 2A and Smartbase assembled. Products : Excellent. Precision made so self assembly even for a relative novice was easy - all the pieces fitted without amendment, filing, etc. Once assembled the sheds feel solid and likely to last. Lots off useful add ons and while the sheds are expensive they look and feel worth the money. Elbec: Easy to use website with great product choice. Good communication and great customer service - the Elbec team made sure a smaller truck was used to deliver my sheds as I live on a narrow road. Delivery and assembly service : once the sheds are ordered, the multistage delivery and then assembly service seemed complicated and likely to go wrong. In fact delivery was earlier than guided, although only to my drive, so it involved moving some quite heavy boxes to the back of the house. Arranging the Assembly service was the weakest bit of the entire purchase process as i had to wait nearly three weeks for assembly and the person coordinating this service (third party contractor) was not very good at communicating. But the team of two that eventually turned up were excellent - great work and super helpful, so the important bit - the actual assembly - was done very well. Overall : its quite a long and expensive process from start to finish but the Elbec team make it easy and the sheds themselves are first class. Very happy with my purchases.”
