“I ordered a tablet online. Ordering was easy and simple to navigate. I received an email when my parcel was picked up by DPD. Unfortunately, DPD delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted Electro City to report same. I spoke to Dylan, who from the outset was helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. He sorted the problem and I received delivery later that day. It was a pleasure dealing with Electro City. It was great to be able to speak with a "human" and not an answering machine. Dylan was efficient, curtious and professional to deal with. He sorted the problem quickly and satisfactorily. He is a great ambassador for Electro City. I would highly recommend Electro City. PS In my parcel was a complimentary bar of chocolate. Lovely touch!”

“Ten days after order still no sign of cooker.. so cold food yet again. Was supposed to be delivered today but just had a call to say will now be tomorrow! You couldn't make this up! Appalling.”
