“I ordered this Samsung tablet only to find out 2 days later that it was out of stock. I was told my refund was being processed immediately but it took over a month for the money to return to my account. When I called to query when my refund would return to my account I was given an apology for the delay and reassured I would get the money back in the coming days. This was in December. The person I spoke to said they would email me a discount to use in future as a token of apology. This never arrived. Terrible service from start to finish which is disappointing when trying to shop local. Also, a poor reflection of your organisation to send me an email asking me to review the product I was never sent in order to get 10% off..”

“I ordered two items - microwaves - information online was good, when I phoned the customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly, order arrived on-time. I had to return it as it was 5mm too big, collection was arranged seamlessly and the new delivery arrived at the time the old one was collected. Very efficient, great product and prices. thanks”

“Product very good; 3rd party delivery company really excellent; ordering process very laborious-each stage having to be followed up by me as I experienced a consistent lack of response/ communications regarding the status of my order. I doubt if I ever have had to put in as much time into ordering a product online to delivery (and I order online a lot) as I have with ElectroCity.”
