“Everything was OK except delivery. The delivery driver rang me to say that because it was a windy day he won't be able to deliver until the following week unless I wanted to drive more than an hour to meet him and collect the dryer which I obviously did as I wanted the machine. I think it's a disgrace that I was charge for delivery which I ended up having to collect and have heard nothing from the company by way of thanks or refunding the delivery charge.”

“Very poor service. Paid for express delivery 2-3 days , chased the 4th day and I was advised that I would be contacted back with updates. Nobody contacted back. Phoned 5th day , twice same again. Only when I have managed to get in contact with the manager , things started to move. So , I would give a 10 to the Manager only, but to all the rest of the staff a 1 as got my item on the 6th day”
