Very poor service. Paid for express delivery 2-3 days , chased the 4th day and I was advised that I would be contacted back with updates. Nobody contacted back. Phoned 5th day , twice same again. Only when I have managed to get in contact with the manager , things started to move.
So , I would give a 10 to the Manager only, but to all the rest of the staff a 1 as got my item on the 6th day
